    摘要: Certain embodiments provide a white LED for a backlight of a liquid crystal display device, which comprises an ultraviolet (or violet) light emitting element and a phosphor layer that contains a green phosphor selected from trivalent cerium- and terbium-activated rare earth borate phosphors, a blue phosphor selected from divalent europium-activated halophosphate phosphors and divalent europium-activated aluminate phosphors, and a red phosphor selected from europium-activated lanthanum oxysulfide phosphors and europium-activated yttrium oxysulfide phosphors as the contained amounts of the respective phosphors relative to the total amount of the phosphors as follows: 35-50% by weight of the green phosphor content; 50-70% by weight of the blue phosphor content; and 1-10% by weight of the red phosphor content.

    摘要: An optical writing device performs writing on an exposure region of a light writing display medium. The optical writing device includes an accommodation section, a light irradiation member, a voltage application member, a medium conveyance member and control means. The control means performs control for: applying voltage with the voltage application member to a first medium; the light irradiation member irradiating the light bearing image information and moving a first distance in the first direction over the first medium; the voltage application member applying voltage to a second medium; the light irradiation member irradiating the light for image erasure onto the second medium and moving a second distance in the second direction over the second medium; and, simultaneously the movement of the light irradiation member in the second direction, the medium conveyance member conveying the first medium.
