    摘要: A capsule-type medical apparatus includes a distal-end cover which is formed in a substantially hemispherical dome shape, the distal-end cover having an open bonding end portion; a drum portion cover which is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, the drum portion cover having an open bonding end portion; a function executing unit which executes a predetermined preset function, the function executing unit being accommodated in the drum portion cover; and an electric storage unit which accumulates drive electric power for driving the function executing unit, wherein the bonding end portion of the distal-end cover and the bonding end portion of the drum portion cover are subjected to a surface treatment, the bonding end portion of the distal-end cover and the bonding end portion of the drum portion cover are bonded after the surface treatment to form an outer casing which has a capsule shape insertable into a test subject and which seals an inside in a liquid tight manner.

After excretion, the cylindrical net member (61a) is taken out and only a capsule endoscope (3) is collected. The first and second outer members are thermally welded by ultrasonic welding at an abutting portion. The abutting portion includes a sharp edged line portion which forms the opening end portion of the first outer member and an inclined surface portion which forms the opening end portion of the second outer member. The sharp edged line portion is provided in a closed space formed by the first outer member and the second outer member before the ultrasonic welding.

    摘要: An object of the invention is to eliminate unstable behavior of a drawn cable connected to a portable medical apparatus, which is of a storage target, to prevent cable jam or looseness and cable disconnection. A bundling member (13) is an example of a constraint member which constrains paths of cables (5) drawn from an opening (44) of a pouch (41) in which a receiver (6) is stored. The bundling member (13) has a joint structure in which a surface fastener is used between a flap (46) and a backside of the pouch (41), and the bundling member (13) bundles the cables (5) drawn from the opening (44). The bundling member (13) is constrained by clamping the bundling member (13) at a portion of a joint structure (48). Therefore, unstable behavior of the cable (5) can be eliminated to prevent jam or looseness of the cable (5), and steep bending can be eliminated at a base portion where the cable (5) is drawn from the receiver (6) to protect the cable (5).

The capsule casing is insertable into a body of a subject from an oral cavity and it includes an imaging optical system which may obtain images only in one end direction. The analyzing unit analyzes the image components within the oral cavity obtained by the imaging optical system. The warning unit issues a warning to a user about the direction of the capsule casing based on the analytical result by the analyzing unit.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to reliably prevent a trouble that a battery is loaded either in a state where a ribbon is entirely housed in a battery housing or without a ribbon by a simple method using a ribbon. Guide parts (83, 84) are provided on both side walls (57, 58) of a battery housing (53). A ribbon (81) is set so as to cross the battery housing (53) in a stretched state by the guide parts (83, 84) in a position where the battery can be taken out by drawing the ribbon (81). With the configuration, at the time of loading a battery, by making the ribbon (81) extend outside, the ribbon (81) is not entirely housed in the battery housing (53) or absence of the ribbon (81) in the battery housing (53) can be prevented. By making the battery front end face come into contact with the stretched ribbon (81) and inserting a battery, a normal loading state in which the ribbon (81) is pushed to the deepest place can be assured. The battery ejecting function with a simple ribbon (81) can be reliably displayed.

    摘要: A sliding mechanism of a lens barrier, a lens barrier, and a camera have a simplified structure and can be readily downsized. An imaging apparatus has an imaging lens which focuses light to form an image. The lens barrier serves to cover the imaging lens from outside and is mounted on a main body of the imaging apparatus. The sliding mechanism of the lens barrier includes plural cam grooves and plural engaging members. The plural cam grooves are formed on a surface, which faces the main body of the imaging apparatus, of the lens barrier. The plural cam grooves have substantially parallel trajectories. The plural engaging members are arranged in the main body of the imaging apparatus and contact with the bottom portions of the plural cam grooves at least at three positions. The plural engaging members guide the lens barrier along the sliding direction. The lens barrier further includes an inner barrier and an outer barrier. The inner barrier is attached to the main body of the imaging apparatus and is slidable along a predetermined direction. The outer barrier is detachably attached to a surface, which is different from the surface attached to the main body of the imaging apparatus, of the inner barrier. The outer barrier has a surface area at least larger than the imaging lens.
