    摘要: A method is disclosed for manufacturing a motor stator including: a stator core 30 provided, in an inner surface thereof, with a plurality of slots 32 and a plurality of teeth 31 each radially inwardly extending and tapering toward the center of the stator core, the teeth including at least a first tooth 31A, a second tooth 31B, and a third tooth 31C, and the slots and the teeth being arranged alternately; and a plurality of trapezoidal coils 10 each of which is inserted in each slot, each coil being formed of a rectangular conductor 15 that has a square section and is concentrated-wound into a trapezoidal shape. The method comprises the steps of: individually mounting second and third coils 10B and 10C on the second and third teeth 31B and 31C located on both sides of the first tooth 31A; deforming a first coil 10A with air core before it is mounted on the first tooth 31A, and inserting a first part of the deformed coil 10A into the slot 32A on one side of the first tooth; and inserting a second part of the deformed coil 10A into the slot 32A on the other side of the first tooth 31A.

In the coil plate laminated body, a plurality of coil plates are inserted inside a resin insulator inserted into the slots so that the insulating film is arranged between the coil plates, and the coil plates are integrally held by the resin insulator. The resin insulator integrally holds the coil plate laminated body of a plurality of phases in the same slot.

    摘要: Disclosed are a multilayered wound coil, a stator, and a manufacturing method therefor. The stator is provided with: a stator core comprising laminated steel sheets; and a coil which is wound around a teeth section formed on the stator core and has a plurality of layers formed in the circumferential direction of the stator core. The winding of the coil proceeds in either the radial direction or the circumferential direction of the stator core, whichever direction has fewer adjacent conductors, and doubles back at the end in said direction. This reduces the difference in potential between adjacent conductors, making it possible to ensure insulation between adjacent conductors even with a thinner insulating film.
