摘要： Disclosed herein is a high temperature-resistant and abrasion-resistant sliding member of graphite-boron carbides showing the friction coefficient of 0.01 to 0.13 and the specific abrasion amount of 10.sup.-7 to 10.sup.-9 mm.sup.2 /kg under the measuring conditions of the load of 20 kg/cm.sup.2 and the sliding velocity of 5 m/min at a temperature of 300.degree. C., the bending strength of 300 to 1600 kg.f/cm.sup.2 and the Shore hardness of from 45 to 60, obtained by mixing and stirring from 65 to 95% by weight of powdery carbon of an average particle size of 10 to 150 .mu.m and from 5 to 35% by weight of powdery boron carbide of an average particle size of 0.5 to 2.5 .mu.m until the powdery boron carbide is uniformly dispersed in the powdery carbon, and sintering the thus formed mixture at a temperature of 2020.degree. C. or more and less than the transition point at which the structure of carbon and boron carbide in the thus formed mixture is remarkably changed, under a pressure of 100-250 kg/cm.sup.2.

摘要： A information display apparatus includes a content storage module, a controller, a specification module, and a marker information storage module. The controller controls a text to be displayed. The specification module specifies, based on a user's operation, a character string, as a marker display character string in the displayed text. The marker information storage module stores position information of the marker display character string within a storage region of the content storage module, and stores a stored time where the position information is stored as being related to the position information. 摘要： A semiconductor memory device is provided which has a hierarchical bit line structure and can perform a high-speed read operation even with a low voltage. A subarray 12 includes a first MOS transistor PD1 for charging a main bit line MBL1 and a second MOS transistor PS1 for charging a sub-bit line SBL1—1. The source electrode of the second MOS transistor PS1 is connected to a power source voltage, and the source electrode of the first MOS transistor PD1 is connected via a fourth MOS transistor PD2 to the power source voltage. Since there is not a resistance between the main bit line MBL1 and the sub-bit line SBL1—1, which is present if a transistor is used to achieve conduction therebetween, discharging of the main bit line and charging of the sub-bit line can be performed with high speed.
