As a result, the data transmission from the subject vehicle can be made (i) in high repetition times with respect to a nearby vehicle having a greater risk of collision (i.e., time to collision being shorter), and (ii) in low repetition times with respect to a distant vehicle having a less risk of collision (i.e., time to collision being longer).

    摘要: A two-hop distant node is recognized by exchanging a Hello message, and an RTS message is transmitted through a doubled transmission distance prior to transmission of a data packet. Each node manages a channel available to a self node and an adjacent node in a channel status table based on the RTS message. A node which tries to transmit the data packet refers to the channel status table, so as to be capable of easily selecting a channel available to the self node and a node of a communication destination. Transmission wireless field strength is enhanced or a modulating system strongly resistant to noises is used so that the RTS message is transmitted at a distance which is not less than twice as long as that of the Hello message and the data packet.
