    摘要: The present invention relates to a reciprocating pump in which a plunger is reciprocated by means of a crankshaft, a connecting rod and a crosshead. The reciprocating pump further includes cushioning means which is disposed between the crosshead and the plunger and capable of adjusting its cushioning force and absorbing the plunger stroke, whereby the delivery pressure is adjustable through adjustment of the cushioning force of the cushioning means and the delivery volume or rate is also adjustable through absorption of the plunger stroke by the cushioning means.

    摘要: A laser machining apparatus comprising jet liquid, a laser beam, and a laminar flow forming channel for supplying jet liquid to a nozzle. The channel includes a distribution channel formed by a cavity, an interconnecting channel disposed to communicate with said channel downstream in an axial direction of the nozzle and formed by an annular cavity around the axis of the nozzle to provide a narrower flow passage, and a liquid reservoir chamber. Said chamber has an outer peripheral edge communicating with the interconnecting channel over an entire circumference of the annular shape. An outer peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the chamber form a continuous surface and an inner peripheral wall surface and an inner peripheral surface of the channel are both formed as an inclined inward surface that is downstream, the inner peripheral surface and the inner peripheral wall surface forming a planar continuous surface.

    摘要: A laser machining apparatus that allows efficient machining of a workpiece includes a nozzle for jetting a jet liquid column, a rectifying chamber attenuating disturbances in flow of liquid, a liquid oscillating chamber guiding the liquid flowing from the rectifying chamber to a nozzle inlet opening, a laser oscillator generating a laser beam, a focusing optical system focusing the laser beam generated by the laser oscillator above the nozzle inlet opening so that the laser beam is guided by the jet liquid column, and a window opposed to the nozzle inlet opening so that the laser beam transmitting from the focusing optical system enters the liquid oscillating chamber. The liquid oscillating chamber increases a surface wave on an outer surface of the jet liquid column so that the jet liquid column jetted from the nozzle onto a workpiece is easily atomized at a machining point.

    摘要: A smoothing device, according to the present invention, is used to perform smoothing in a conduit line, or the like. The smoothing device has a fluid pressure motor with a cutter attached to its output shaft and guide rollers for guiding the smoothing device in the longitudinal direction of the conduit line. Prescribed ones among the guide rollers are relatively movable in the radial direction of the conduit line by fluid pressure cylinders, springs, or the like, and pressed against the inner wall of the conduit line. The remaining guide rollers are fixed to the smoothing device with respect to the radial direction of the conduit line so as to have an automatic aligning mechanism, thereby keeping the rotatable cutter along the center of the conduit line. In the fluid pressure motor, turbine and water nozzles, for injecting water to the turbine, are detachable, facilitating the replacement of worn parts. To easily advance the smoothing device, a propelling device, using a plurality of propelling shafts connected by universal joints with rollers disposed near the connected portions of the shafts and using screws, is provided. To facilitate the discharge of the removed debris and drainage, a high-pressure water jet pump is provided. The coupler absorbing the rotation is attached to the front face of the cutter thus enabling the smoothing device to be towed in the direction of the cutter with a rope.

    摘要: A high pressure hydraulic pump apparatus constituting a two-stage pressurizing hydraulic booster combining a pair of plunger pumps. The first and second pumps are driven into a push-pull synchronous operation at the equal stroke with each other. The per-stroke displacement of the first pump is greater than that of the second pump. The first pump draws by self-suction the liquid from a reservoir while the second pump is on the pressurizing and delivery stroke. When the first pump is on the delivery stroke, the liquid pressurized to a certain intermediate pressure by the first pump is sucked into the second pump. During the next reverse stroke the second pump further pressurizes and discharges the liquid while the first pump effects the suction stroke. At the final pressurization by the second pump, the driving stroke length of the pump is controlled to a limited value which provides a minimum delivery flow required for the interior of a load vessel to attain a target pressure in accordance with the compressibility of the liquid and the detection of a load pressure.
