    摘要: An air conditioner includes a compressor, a four-way valve, an indoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, an outdoor heat exchanger which are connected via pipings to form a heat pump type refrigerant circuit, the four-way valve being switched over to select a heating or cooling mode of operation. This air conditioner is further provided with a first and second branch pipes which extend from an outlet conduit of the compressor, the first branch pipe forming a first bypass pipe connected to an inlet conduit of the compressor. The first and second branch pipes have first and second valves, respectively. The air conditioner is also provided with a microcomputer for selectively opening and closing the second valve in response to the degree of superheating of discharged gaseous refrigerant after the first valve has been opened so that the discharged gaseous refrigerant is supplied to the outdoor heat exchanger to effect a defrosting operation while a heating operation is continued. When the degree of superheating of discharged gaseous refrigerant is low, a part of discharged gas is supplied to the inlet conduit so as to regulate the degree of superheating.

    摘要: A heat pump type refrigeration system for air conditioners. The system has a heat pump type refrigeration circuit including a compressor the suction side and discharge side of which are switchably connected to an indoor heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger through a four-way valve. The other sides of the heat exchangers are connected to each other through a first pressure reducer, gas-liquid separator and a second pressure reducer. A refrigerant tank is disposed in a pipe interconnecting the four-way valve and the indoor heat exchanger, in a heat exchanging relation to the pipe. The gas-liquid separator is connected at its upper portion to the refrigerant tank. The heat pump type refrigerant circuit confines a bi-component refrigerant consisting of two refrigerants of different boiling temperatures.

    摘要: An air-conditioner system having a compressor, a plurality of heat exchangers for heating or cooling the air in a room, a radiator for transferring heat energy of refrigerant outside of the room, a plurality of orifices, a manifold with a main port and a plurality of sub-ports, flow direction control multi-port valves directing the flow of the refrigerant from the compressor to the main port and not from the main port to the compressor when at least one of the heat-exchangers is heating the room. The refrigerant does not flow from the compressor to the radiator when at least one of the heat exchangers is heating and none of the heat exchangers is cooling. Also, it does not flow from the compressor to the main port but flows instead from the compressor to the radiator and from the main port to the compressor when none of the heat exchangers is heating and at least one of the heat exchangers is cooling. The system also employs a plurality of valve pairs each of which having a first valve and second valve such that the first valve opens (closes) when the second valve closes (opens). The first valves are arranged for providing flow of refrigerant to the inlet of the compressor from the heat exchangers and the second valves provide flow of refrigerant from the outlet port of the compressor to the respective heat exchanger first ports via the sub-ports of the manifold.

    摘要: A refrigerant flow control system associated with a refrigerant circulating circuit having a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator, includes a branch pipe extending from a discharge pipe of the compressor and having on sealed free end. A first temperature sensor is disposed on the branch pipe near the sealed free end for detecting a condensation temperature of a refrigerant which is condensed in the branch pipe. A second temperature sensor is disposed on the discharge pipe of the compressor for detecting a temperature of the gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor. The signals representative of the condensation temperature and the temperature of the discharge gaseous refrigerant are inputted to a control device. The control device calculates a difference between the two detected temperatures, and a degree of superheat of the discharged gaseous refrigerant and transfers to the expansion valve a command signal representative of the calculation results, thereby controlling an opening of the expansion valve.

    摘要: The control system for the air-conditioner disclosed herein comprises means for setting a set value of a room temperature, means for detecting an actual value of the room temperature, means for detecting a radiant heat from walls etc. of the room as a radiation temperature, and an operational control means. The operational control means stores a comfort line which defines an inverse proportional relation between the room temperature and the radiation temperature, said comfort line depending upon set value of the room temperature. The operational control means calculates a first control index which is represented by a difference between the actual value and the set value of the room temperature and a second control index which is represented by a difference between the comfort line and the current temperature condition represented by the actual room temperature and the radiation temperature. The room temperature set value is modified in the operatal control means, according to fuzzy rule, on the basis of said first and second control indexes. The operational control means controls the air-conditioner, depending upon a difference between the modified value of the room temperature and the actual value of the room temperature, thereby providing a comfortable air-conditioned environment to a person staying in the room.
