摘要： A panel forming station has a frame, a pair of clamping devices and a pair of end forming devices. A panel is clamped between one clamping device and the frame. The first forming device forms a first trimless end on the panel. The first forming device has a cutter bending blade and a roller that forms the first trimless end. The second clamping device clamps a panel. The second forming device has a cutter, a bending blade and a roller to form the second trimless end. A controller couples with the first and second clamping device and first and second end forming devices to control the panel's passage through the frame.

摘要： A system for securing plank panels together includes at least one connector clip to secure a pair of plank panels with one another. The at least one connector clip receives the retaining mechanism of each plank panel. The at least connector clip has a body with first and second retaining pockets. The retaining pockets couple with the retention mechanisms. A locator hump is coupled with the body. The locator hump positions the connector clip in place with respect to at least one of the pair of plank panels to secure the connector clip as well as the plank panels with a framing structure.

摘要： A building wall system has a plurality of panels positioned adjacent one another for securement to a frame structure of a building via a plurality of fasteners. A plurality of rails secures a façade to the panels. Each rail has a first, second and third portion. The first portion receives the fasteners to secure the bracket to the frame structure. The second portion provides a surface for securement with the façade. The second portion is spaced from the panel so that fasteners do not enter the panel. The third portion rests against the panel to provide rigidity for the rail.

A second seal is positioned on the second flange. A second end of the outer skin includes a portion to receive an outer skin first end of an adjoining panel. A second end of the inner skin includes a portion to receive an inner skin first end of the adjoining panel.
