    摘要: The present invention provides a work transfer device for transferring a work between adjoining pressing machines including a work holder (30) for holding a work W, a carrier (23) provided between the adjoining pressing machines (10) and capable of being linearly moved in a direction orthogonal to a work transfer direction with a driving mechanism, and a swinging body (71) with a swinging center shaft thereof provided on this carrier (23) and capable of being driven for swinging by a swinging mechanism (84) along the work transfer direction, and the work holder (30) is provided in the swinging body (71). Because of this configuration, it is not necessary to secure a trajectory for swiveling like in a robot arm type of transfer device, not to extend a lift beam up to a position close to a slide like in the feeder type of transfer device, so that it is not necessary to widen a clearance between uprights (12) and a tandem press (1) can be size-reduced as a whole.

    摘要: A double-blank detecting apparatus for use in a destacker and comprises a plurality of rows of fixtures. Each row of fixtures is parallel with the direction of conveyance of blanks and includes a plurality of fixtures. Each fixture is mounted on the frame of the destacker in such a manner that it can be moved up and down by means of a lift cylinder. The double-blank detecting apparatus further has an attractor mounted on the fixtures, and a plurality of rows of conveyor having attracting functions which extend in parallel relationship with one another and with the direction of conveyance of blanks and mounted between the rows of fixtures. Further, each fixture in at least any one of the rows has a contact type sensor mounted thereon so that it can be moved up and down freely relative to the blanks having been attracted by the attractor.

    摘要: A device for measuring the shape of a three-dimensional object comprises a movable arm composed of a plurality of movable arm members and a probe coupled to a forward end of the movable arm by a universal joint. At each of the movable arm members and probe, there is provided an angle-of-rotation encoder for detecting the angle of rotation. In order to measure the shape of the three-dimensional object with a lesser number of measuring times, the probe has a flat surface portion at its forward end which contacts the object. A calculating section calculates the direction of the flat surface portion of the probe in contact with the object, on the basis of the information from the angle-of-rotation encoders and the known information on dimensions of the movable arm, to thereby determine a tangent plane of the object at a contact point between the flat surface portion and the object, and determines the shape of the object from a plurality of tangent planes at the contact points.
