Abstract:
A developing cartridge includes a case having a first sidewall and a second sidewall opposite to the first sidewall, and a developing roller disposed between the first sidewall and second sidewall. The developing roller can include a developing roller shaft and a developing roller member configured to carry a developing agent thereon, the developing roller member disposed around the developing roller shaft. Also, the developing cartridge can include an electrode disposed on the first sidewall adjacent to the developing roller shaft, the electrode electrically connected to the developing roller member, and a driven coupling disposed on the second sidewall. The electrode can include, an extending portion extending in a direction away from the first sidewall. An outermost periphery of the driven coupling defines a projection plane projecting in a direction towards the electrode, wherein at least a part of the extending portion is disposed within the projection plane.
Abstract:
An image projection apparatus includes a housing unit; a light source unit provided on the housing unit; an outer cover mounted on the housing unit; a second cover provided nearer to the light source unit than the outer cover; a first mounting member formed on the housing unit; a second mounting member formed on the outer cover and fixing the outer cover to the housing unit when mounted on the first mounting member; a displacement member movable to both a position where mounting of the second mounting member to the first mounting member is inhibited and a position where mounting of the second mounting member to the first mounting member is permitted; and a displacement control member that moves the displacement member to the position where the mounting of the second mounting member to the first mounting member is permitted when the second cover is correctly mounted.

Abstract:
A method and system are provided of using a patterning device. An exemplary method includes defining a first region on a surface, the first region being associated with a first element of the patterning device, defining a second region on the surface, the second region being associated with a second element of the patterning device, activating the first element to expose the overlapping region, and deactivating the second element when the first element is active. The first region and the second region overlap in an overlapping region.
Abstract:
A second communications server obtains adjustment information of an adjustment unit in an exposure apparatus and information related to image forming quality (such as wavefront aberration) of a projection optical system under an exposure condition that serves as a reference, via a first communications server, and then calculates an optimal adjustment amount of the adjustment unit under a target exposure condition based on the information. In addition, the second communications server obtains adjustment information of the adjustment and actual measurement data of image forming quality of the projection optical system via the first communications server, and then calculates the optimal adjustment amount of the adjustment unit under the target exposure condition based on the information. And, the second communications server controls the adjustment unit in the exposure apparatus via the first communications server, based on the calculations results.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for an anti-melt projection lens cap includes a sensor that detects whether the projection lens cap covers the projection lens and transmits a detected signal to the control unit including two control modes. The first one is projecting a dark image immediately, as the projection lens cap covers the projection lens for longer than a first set time, the control unit switches to a power-saving mode, when it lasts longer than a second set time, the lamp and the system power supply are turned off, then, a fan cools the lamp, the control unit switches to a standby mode. The second one is switching to the power-saving mode directly, when it lasts longer than a second set time, the lamp and the system power supply are turned off, and a fan cools the lamp, then, the control unit switches to the standby mode.
Abstract:
A method and system are provided for printing a pattern on a photosensitive surface using a spatial light modulator (SLM). An exemplary method includes defining two or more exposure areas on the photosensitive surface, the exposure areas overlapping along respective edge portions of the exposure areas to form an overlap zone therebetween. Two or more exposure areas are exposed to print an image therein, the exposing extending through the overlap zone. The exposing within the overlap zone is then attenuated.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a projection type display unit including a light source, an optical unit including a light valve and a projection lens, and a cooling section for cooling the light source and the optical unit. The light source and the optical unit as well as the cooling section are incorporated in an armor cabinet. A highly heat conductive sheet metal component part is disposed in a space between a lamp as the light source and the armor cabinet.
