摘要: A hole injection electrode of a transparent conductive film such as indium-zinc-oxide is formed on a substrate, and a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, and an electron transport layer are formed in this order on the hole injection electrode. Then, an electron injection electrode made of a material such as aluminum is formed on the electron transport layer. The hole injection layer is made for example of fluorocarbon (CFx). The thickness of the hole injection layer is preferably in the range from 30 Å to 90 Å.

摘要: Processing apparatuses A, B, C, and D are included in a job-shop production line, and process 1 to process 6 are performed by the processing apparatuses A, B, C, B, D, and B, respectively. The processing apparatus B is repeatedly used in process 2, process 4, and process 6; therefore, these processes are key processes. Based on the key processes, process 1 to process 6 are classified into a plurality of groups, and the number of in-process products of each of the groups is counted by a counting unit. According to this, a determining unit determines priority orders of the key processes such that a higher priority is given to a key process in a group having a large number of the in-process products. Thus, it becomes possible to perform determination of the priority orders further according to an actual situation, and to improve production efficiency.

摘要: A roller chain is provided, which is composed of more than one roller and a carrier belt. The roller chain helps make sure of keeping the rollers against moving on the skew even under carrying high loads while the carrier belt is made to have a large space to reserve lubricant sufficient to ensure good lubrication. The carrier belt is comprised of a pair of continuous bands lying to carry or bear axially opposite ends of the roller across an area set off-centre from an axis of the roller, and more than one U-type separator to join the continuous bands together with one another. The U-type separators 6 are each composed of a pair of legs joined together with their associated continuous bands, and a horizontal bridge interconnecting the sidewise spaced leg with each other.

摘要: In an adsorbing body for humidity and odorous gas exchange such as an adsorbing sheet for dehumidification, an adsorbing element for dehumidification or an adsorbing element for total heat energy exchange, a sheet or a honeycomb laminate is impregnated or coated with silica sol containing, as solid content, not more than 30% of the silica sol weight of minute silica particles not larger than 120 .ANG. in diameter which contain many stable silanol radicals on the surface and 0.01-1% of alkali metal ion Na.sub.2 O. It is then dried to rigidly fix silica gel. Other humidity adsorbing or absorbing agents such as zeolite, organic high-polymer electrolyte, etc. may be mixed in said silica sol. Silica gel with excellent humidity adsorbing ability can be strongly adhered to a sheet or a honeycomb laminate in an extremely simple method.

The bearing is provided with a hollow cylindrical retainer 1 made of steel and rotatably retaining a plurality of needle rollers 4. The retainer 1 is subjected to a sulphonitriding treatment to form a sulphonitrided layer 11 on a surface of the retainer 1. The sulphonitrided layer 11 is made up of a nitrogen-compound single-layer 12 deposited on the surface of the retainer 1 made of steel, and a sulfur-compound porous layer 13 formed continuously on the nitrogen-compound single-layer 12 and forming a surface layer of the sulphonitrided layer 11.
