摘要： A method for forming images which comprises processing a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive element containing in the uppermost layer thereof a matting agent composed of methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid copolymers having a methyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid molar ratio of 6:4 to 9:1 at a temperature above about 30.degree. C. The matting agent is capable of being dissolved into alkaline processing solutions and does not adversely affect the transparency and graininess of the images formed.

摘要： To provide a push button lock which includes a housing on which a plurality of depressible push buttons are located, a lock pin which moves axially with the push button and being engageable with and disengageable from the push button, a lock plate formed with a plate key hole and plate lock hole, a reset plate which is provided parallel to the lock plate, a driving cam linked to a deadbolt lock, and the security-code controller detachably attached to the housing. A mechanism and components for setting and storing a security code for locking and unlocking are assembled in a cartridge. The cartridge is detachably attached to the inside of the housing so that various surface designs are available.

摘要： Novel compounds represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 represents an amino group or a group of formula ##STR2## in which R.sub.4 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sub.5 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or may combine with R.sub.6 to form a five or six membered ring containing 4 to 5 carbon atoms, R.sub.6 represents a hydrogen atom or may combine with R.sub.5 to form a five or six membered ring containing 4 to 5 carbon atoms, R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a halogen atom, X represents a carbonyl group or a methylene group, Y represents a sulfur atom or a vinylene group and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof which exhibit a vasodilating activity and inhibitory activity for platelet aggregation. Thus, they are useful as therapeutic agents for treatment of angina pectoris, hypertension, throbosis and the like.

摘要： An improved carburetor for vehicle engines of the down draft type having a suction duct connected to an intake manifold, a float chamber storing a predetermined constant quantity of engine fuel and arranged on one side of the suction duct in the transverse direction of a vehicle equipped with the carburetor, and a vertically extending fuel passage connected at one end to the float chamber and at the other end to a main fuel nozzle opening into the suction duct, the carburetor being capable of holding the fuel contained in the fuel passage at all times at a predetermined constant level for highly stabilized fuel supply to the engine irrespective of lateral or longitudinal inclinations of the fuel surface in the float chamber occurring under conditions of acceleration, deceleration or turning of the vehicle. To this end, the float chamber is formed such that the right and left halves of the chamber divided by an imaginary vertical plane through the axis of the fuel passage and which extends longitudinally of the vehicle, are equalized in effective volume to a substantial extent, whereas the front and rear halves of the chamber divided by an imaginary vertical plane through the main fuel nozzle and which extends transversely of the vehicle, are also substantially equalized in effective volume.

摘要： An acceleration pump delivers additional fuel to both the main intake passage and the auxiliary intake passage of an internal combustion engine, to facilitate cold starting. In such an engine, each main combustion chamber is in communication with an auxiliary combustion chamber, respectively. Coordinated means are provided for operating said acceleration pump and throttle valves in said intake passages. Communication between the acceleration pump and the main intake passage remains open at all times, but a passageway connecting the acceleration pump and the auxiliary intake passage is closed except when the ambient temperature is low. Closure of the connecting passageway is effected automatically or in coordination with operation of the choke valve for the main intake passage.

摘要： A flyback transformer has a winding portion. The winding portion includes a low-voltage bobbin, a high-voltage bobbin, low-voltage winding, and high-voltage winding, each of which having a flattened substantially circular cross-section. The high-voltage winding is wound so as to have a film-layer winding structure. Diodes are provided such that each diode is coupled between two corresponding winding elements provided in the layers. A high-voltage capacitor and a high-voltage resistance substrate are connected to the output of the high-voltage winding. The diodes, the high-voltage capacitor, and the high-voltage resistance substrate are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the flattened substantially circular cross-section of the winding portion.
