摘要: A device for transforming parisons into containers with a plurality of transforming stations which are disposed on a movable carrier, wherein the transforming stations each have blow molds, within which the parisons can be transformed into containers by a supply of a flowable medium, and blow mold supports for holding these blow molds, wherein the blow mold supports have at least two blow mold support parts which are movable relative to one another for opening and closing the blow molds, with a clean room which is demarcated with respect to the surroundings by means of at least one wall and which at least partially surrounds the individual transforming stations, so that the transforming stations are movable within this clean room, and with at least one supply unit in order to supply flowable sterilizing medium to at least one region of the transforming stations which are movable within the clean room.

摘要: A device for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers with a mobile carrier on which is arranged a plurality of blowing stations, each comprising blow mould carrier parts to hold blow mould parts, wherein at least one of these blow mould carrier parts is mobile in relation to the other blow mould carrier part, and wherein the blowing stations each comprise a carrier element to carry at least one blow mould carrier part. The device includes a clean room within which the plastic preforms can be expanded into plastic containers. The blow mould carrier parts together with the carrier element form a unit which can be demounted as a whole from the carrier.

摘要: An apparatus (1) for shaping plastic preforms (10) into plastic containers (20), comprising a transport device (2) on which a plurality of blow moulding stations (8) are arranged, wherein each of these blow moulding stations (8) comprises a blow mould inside which a plastic preform (10) can be shaped into a plastic container (20), wherein the apparatus (1) comprises a clean chamber (6) inside which the plastic preforms (10) can be transported. According to the invention, that region of the transport device (2) in which the blow moulding stations (8) are arranged is arranged in the clean chamber (6) and at least one further region of the transport device (2) is arranged outside the clean chamber (6).

摘要: A device with blow stations disposed on a blow wheel for blow molding containers from a thermoplastic material includes a unit for pneumatic control of a blow pressure. The pneumatic control unit has a control piston which is guided in a cylinder and is mounted so as to be movable in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the piston. A main flow path, which can be closed by the control piston, extends through the cylinder. The control piston is provided with a control surface which faces a control chamber of the cylinder and is designed to transmit a control force to the control piston. The control piston is constructed at least in some regions from a metal or a ceramic.

Flow connections for guiding the flowable medium are provided between the valve arrangements and the charging devices and the valve arrangements are arranged outside the clean chamber.
