A rubber composition includes (1) a diene rubber, (2) a silica and (3) an epoxidized liquid diene rubber having a number-average molecular weight of 10000 to 100000, wherein based on 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber (1), the rubber composition comprises 0.1 to 150 parts by mass of the silica (2) and 0.1 to 30 parts by mass of the epoxidized liquid diene rubber (3). A crosslinkable rubber composition includes the above rubber composition and crosslinking agent. A crosslinked article is prepared by crosslinking the above crosslinkable rubber composition. The rubber compositions have improved silica dispersibility in the case of mixing a silica with a diene rubber, excellent processability, and excellent mechanical properties after crosslinking.

The fine channel device comprises a fine channel provided with an inlet port and an inlet channel which feed a dispersion phase, an inlet port and an inlet channel which feed a continuous phase, and an outlet channel and an outlet port which discharge fine particles produced by the dispersion phase and the continuous phase, wherein the inlet channel for feeding the dispersion phase and the inlet channel for feeding the continuous phase are joined at an arbitrary angle, and the two inlet channels are connected to the outlet channel at the arbitrary angle.

A block copolymer comprising, in a main chain thereof, a crystalline polymer block A obtained by hydrogenation of at least 80% of unsaturated bonds of a butadiene-based polymer block having a 1,2-bond content less than 20%, a polymer block B having a glass transition point of 20° C. or lower and a polymer block C composed mainly of a methacrylate ester unit and/or an acrylate ester unit and having a glass transition point exceeding 20° C. has good elastomeric properties, excellent weather resistance, solvent resistance and heat resistance and has good affinity with each of a polar polymer and non-polar polymer. A polymer composition comprising said block copolymer effectively exhibits the above-described characteristics of the block copolymer.
