    摘要: At the refrigerant inlet/outlet side surface portion of laminated flat tubes, there is provided a first side refrigerant passage, and in the upper portion of the other side surface portion, there is provided a second side refrigerant passage, and in the lower portion thereof a third side refrigerant passage. A first partition portion is provided in first lower tank portions of the laminated flat tubes, and a second partition portion is provided in second upper tank portions. The first partition portion and the second partition portion respectively divide the laminated first lower tank portions and the second upper tank portions such that the ratio of the number of flat tubes on the refrigerant inlet/outlet side surface portion side, n4, to the number of flat tubes on the opposite side surface portion side, n3, is approximately 2:1.

The second block includes a third tank T3 into which the refrigerant having merged in the second tank T2 flows therein, a plurality of second tubes 22 into which the refrigerant having flowed into the third tank T3 is distributed and flows, and a fourth tank T4 in which the refrigerant flowing in the second tube merges, and having a refrigerant outlet through which the merged refrigerant flows out. A refrigerant passage 43h through which the refrigerant flows from the second tank T2 into the third tank T3 is locally placed on the opposite side of the refrigerant inlet.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which a plate-shaped refrigerant flow portion which provides an internal refrigerant flow path by overlaying two flat plates formed by drawing and a cooling fin are alternately layered; and comprising an opening portion provided on each of the flat plates and which is connected with the refrigerant flow path; and a continuous space for the flow of the refrigerant which is provided by connecting the opening portions of adjacent refrigerant flow portions. The refrigerant which flows in the space is distributed to the respective refrigerant flow paths through the opening portions. The heat exchanger further comprises a means for improving the heat exchange capacity, and this means is, for example, a narrowing means which is provided at the upstream end part of the space in order to uniformly distribute the refrigerant to the refrigerant flow paths.

    摘要: An object is to provide a refrigerant evaporator in which a liquid refrigerant can be evenly distributed to a plurality of refrigerant tubes connected to first and second tanks in a U-turn block to improve heat-exchange performance. In the refrigerant evaporator, one of a plurality of blocks into which a refrigerant supply channel is divided is a U-turn block (15) where a refrigerant flows into one of the first and second tank portions (6, 7) of an upper tank (4) in a direction along a partition wall (4C), flows into the other tank portion, and is distributed and flows from the first and second tank portions (6, 7) into a plurality of refrigerant tubes (2). The partition wall (4C) partitioning the first and second tank portions (6, 7) of the upper tank (4) has a plurality of refrigerant-distributing holes (4M) arranged in a longitudinal direction of the partition wall (4C) in the U-turn block (15) so that the first tank portion (6) communicates with the second tank portion (7).

    摘要: An electric motor having a rotation shaft includes a motor housing into which the electric motor is accommodated, at least one pair of rolling bearings positioned in the motor housing and rotatably supporting both ends of the rotation shaft, and a displacement restriction member provided inside the motor housing and restricting a displacement of the rolling bearing in an axial direction of the rolling bearing. Each rolling bearing includes an inner race, an outer race, and rolling elements rotatably supported between the inner race and the outer race. The inner race is press fitted without any gaps onto an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft, and the outer race is press fitted without any gaps into a bearing attachment portion provided inside the motor housing.

    摘要: A laminated type heat exchanger including a refrigerant inlet tank and a refrigerant outlet tank. The inlet tank has inlet chambers and a refrigerant passage passing through the inlet chambers, and the outlet tank has outlet chambers and a refrigerant passage passing through the outlet chambers. The heat exchanger includes refrigerant pipes each having one end which is connected to the inlet chamber and the other end which is connected to the outlet chamber, and a refrigerant gate portion for flowing the refrigerant into the inlet tank and from the outlet tank. The heat exchanger also includes a dispersion pipe which is inserted in the inlet tank refrigerant passage. The dispersion pipe is about ⅓ to ¼ of the length of the inlet tank refrigerant passage, and the sectional area of the dispersion pipe is smaller than that of the inlet tank refrigerant passage. Dispersion holes are formed at the opposite side of the dispersion pipe against the refrigerant pipe, and the size of the dispersion holes increases with the increase in the distance from the gate portion.
