Abstract: A radiation imaging system includes a radiation source and a notifying unit. The radiation source is for still image shooting and moving image shooting performed by the radiation imaging system to obtain image data of a subject. The notifying unit notifies whether a type of imaging to be performed is the still image shooting or the moving image shooting in a mode in which the type is instinctively recognizable by at least one of sense of sight, sense of hearing, and sense of touch.

Abstract: A radiographic image capturing system is described. If a hardware processor determines that an image processor and an image analyzing unit are capable of sharing image data via an identical memory, the image processor stores image data in the memory and the image analyzing unit analyzes the image data with reference to the memory. If the hardware processor determines that the image processor and the image analyzing unit can send and receive the data via a wired network, the image processor transfers the data to the image analyzing unit, and the image analyzing unit analyzes the data. If the hardware processor determines that the image processor and the image analyzing unit can send and receive the data via a wireless network, the image processor compresses the data or decimates partial data and transfers the data to the image analyzing unit, and the image analyzing unit decompresses and analyzes the data.

Abstract: The present invention provides a radiography apparatus that can effectively exhibit the advantages of individual image capturing modes, namely, a controlled mode and an autonomous mode. A radiography apparatus includes: a plurality of radiation detecting elements that are arrayed two-dimensionally and that generate charges in accordance with the dose of radiation used for irradiation; and a control means that exercises control so as to at least read the charges from the individual radiation detecting elements and generate image data, wherein the image capturing mode can be switched between a controlled mode, in which image capturing is controlled via an external console, and an autonomous mode, in which image capturing is executed autonomously without being controlled via the console, and when the image capturing mode is switched between the controlled mode and the autonomous mode, the control means switches its processing method to a processing method for the image capturing mode entered after the switching.

Abstract: A portable radiation imaging apparatus including: a detection section which includes a plurality of radiation detection elements for accumulating electric charges corresponding to a radiation amount, the radiation detection elements being two-dimensionally arranged; and a control section which controls accumulation of the electric charges in the radiation detection elements and reading of the accumulated electric charges from the radiation detection elements and generates a plurality of frame images of a subject, the electric charges to be accumulated corresponding to the radiation amount of radiation emitted in a pulsed manner by a radiation source and transmitted through the subject, wherein the control section adjusts a synchronization timing between the radiation source and the detection section by using a waveform of radiation emitted by the radiation source, the waveform being obtained by reading electric charges from at least a part of the plurality of radiation detection elements.

When the image capturing mode is switched to the controlled mode or the stand-alone mode, the control unit changes its own process so as to meet the switched image capturing mode.

Abstract: A radiation imaging system includes an imaging unit, a detection unit, a change determination unit and a control unit. The imaging unit emits radiation and images a dynamic state of a subject, thereby taking a plurality of frame images of the dynamic state of the subject. The detection unit detects the dynamic state of the subject being imaged and generates detection information on the dynamic state. The change determination unit determines whether change of the dynamic state being imaged is within a predetermined range based on the generated detection information. The control unit controls capturing of the taken frame images according to a result of the determination of the change determination unit.
