Abstract: An aircraft includes: a fuselage having opposing leading and trailing extremities along a vertical axis; a fixed wing airframe having opposed at least two main wings connected to the fuselage and extending on a horizontal axis; at least two electric coplanar main wing motors respectively attached to the main wings; a duct frame attach to the trailing extremity of the fuselage; at least two horizontal stabilizers connected to the duct frame and extending on the horizontal axis; an electric tail motor fitted an inner side of the duct frame; multiple battery packs installed inside the fuselage and suitable for supply power to the main wing motors and the tail motor; and support beams suitable for connecting the duct frame to the fuselage.

Abstract: Disclosed are probabilistic prediction for a motion of a lane-based surrounding vehicle and a longitudinal control method and apparatus using the same. The method includes obtaining surrounding vehicle information using a sensor, predicting a target lane of the surrounding vehicle based on the obtained surrounding vehicle information, performing future driving trajectory prediction for each target lane based on the surrounding vehicle information, and computing a probability of a collision likelihood based on a target lane and trajectory predictions of the surrounding vehicle in which future uncertainty has been taken into consideration and performing longitudinal control for collision avoidance.

In order to generate a 3-D feature map that is used to perceive an environment through the fusion of a camera and a radar sensor, the method of perceiving a 3-D environment may include extracting a two-dimensional (2-D) feature map from an image obtained by the camera and transforming the 2-D feature map into a feature map in a 3-D space by using first distance information extracted from the image and second distance information measured by the radar sensor.
