Abstract: The present invention relates to a spatiotemporally multicontrollable intelligent drug-eluting adjustable stent, and a manufacturing method thereof, and includes a stent, a nano-coupling layer formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the stent and including a bioactive material into which a catechol group-containing adhesive derivative is introduced, and a second coating layer formed on the upper portion of the first coating layer and on the nano-coupling layer at the inner portion of the stent, and including an antithrombotic agent and an anti-inflammatory agent.
