摘要: A check valve device for a scroll machine is used to automatically maintain a unique flow direction of the working media. The check device is mounted on the neck of the non-orbiting scroll member of the scroll machine, in which the neck has an axle hole for defining a first passage for flowing the working media. The check valve includes a housing and a valve member. The housing has a through second passage, and couple with the neck in such a manner that a through passage is formed for connecting the first passage of the neck and the second passage of the housing. The valve member is located inside the second passage of the housing, and is formed as a plate with a pivot means to rotate along. While the scroll machine is in stop operation, the valve member is at a close position that the valve member can substantially block the flow of the working media inside the second passage. While the scroll machine is in compression operation, the valve member is at an oblique open position for allowing the working media flowing through the through passage.

摘要: The present invention relates to a permanent magnet rotor comprising a rotary iron core formed by stacking a plurality of round steel plates, and a plurality of arc-shaped permanent magnets, wherein said individual arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternation poles are provided in the corresponding openings. In particular, the present invention discloses round-cornered permanent magnets by providing round instead of sharp comers at outer perimeter of two adjacent permanent magnets so as to form triangle-shaped regions. Moreover, to prevent said open areas from being filled up, portions of steel plates or holes through steel plates opposite said open areas are removed or created, respectively, so that magnetic flux leakage is minimized and motor performance is elevated.

摘要: A back-pressure sealing system for a revolving compressor, comprising: a stator with an outlet on the upper side and a neck, surrounding the outlet; a separating part above the stator, separating a low-pressure zone around the stator from a high-pressure zone above the outlet and having a central opening around the neck; a connecting system between the upper and lower sides of the separating part; a first sealing device for sealing the neck of the stator against the central opening of the separating part; and a second sealing device for sealing the connecting system; wherein the back-pressure from the high-pressure zone is used to tighten the first and second sealing devices for a good sealing effect and thus good effectiveness of the compressor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a permanent magnet rotor permanent magnet positioning and retaining device comprising a sleeve, a rotor iron core properly provided therein, a plurality of arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternation poles disposed between the sleeve and the rotor, a plurality of near triangle-shaped regions between two adjacent permanent magnets being formed by cutting off the outer perimeter corners of two adjacent permanent magnets, wherein said rotor iron core further comprises a plurality of circumferentially provided grooves for separating two arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternating poles and a plurality of dividers, each being provided between two arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternating poles; said divider, between the rotor iron core and the sleeve, further comprises a base being engaged with a groove so that the dividers are secured to the rotor iron core, a trunk capable of filling the gap between two adjacent permanent magnets to prevent said permanent magnets from moving in circumferential direction, and a near triangle-shaped rim capable of forming tight engagement with said cut-off area so as to prevent permanent magnets from moving in radial direction.

摘要: A back pressure regulation mechanism is incorporated in a scroll compressor. The compressor includes a fixed scroll and a spacing member fixed inside a casing to define a high pressure chamber behind the fixed scroll. The back pressure regulation mechanism includes a boss formed on the fixed scroll and extending through the spacing member into the high pressure chamber whereby a first force caused by pressure difference acts upon the boss and thus the fixed scroll, a plurality of bores defined in the spacing member, each bore being in communication with the high pressure chamber and the fixed scroll, and a back pressure regulation device accommodated in each bore and including a pin received in the bore and movable between upper and lower limit positions, a washer engaging the fixed scroll and a disk spring arranged between the pin and the washer. A second force caused by the pressure difference acts upon the pin and is transmitted to the fixed scroll via the disk spring and the washer. The second force is proportional to the pressure difference when the pin is moving from the upper limit position to the lower limit position and the second force becomes a constant when the pin reaches the lower limit position. The first and second forces together provide a back pressure to the fixed scroll.

摘要: A mounting mechanism for a scroll machine comprises a non-orbiting scroll member which further includes a top seal plate, a non-orbiting scroll wrap extruding downward from bottom surface of the top seal plate, and a first locating element located at rim of the top seal plate; an orbiting scroll member which further includes a bottom seal plate and an orbiting scroll wrap extruding upward from top surface of the bottom seal plate; a frame for bearing the orbiting scroll member to operate along a circular orbit with respect to the non-orbiting scroll member which further includes a second locating element. The present invention is characterized in that, while the scroll machine in assembling, precise mounting of the non-orbital scroll member upon the orbiting scroll member can be easily secured by aligning and engaging the second locating element with the first locating element.

摘要: A scroll type compressor with an enhanced sealing arrangement includes two sealing rings, mounted one between a first part of a gliding block and a first chamber of a fixed scroll and another one between a second part of the gliding block and a second chamber of the fixed scroll, respectively. The sealing ring has a U-shape cross section characterized in having a center depth smaller than half of a total height of the cross section. By providing such sealing rings, damage in mounting the sealing rings can be reduced to a minimum, possible leakage from the damage can be avoided, the assembly process in producing the compressor can be improved, and the compressor can be successfully merchandized.

摘要: A sealing structure includes a first substrate having a first compartment, a second compartment and a first base surface. A first element, disposed between the first and second compartments, a second element and a third element, moves between a first initial position and a first predetermined position. The first element has a first acting surface and the second element has a second acting surface. The third element includes a body, a first sectioned part having a first main conjunctive surface, and a second sectioned part having a second main conjunctive surface. When the first element is moved to the first predetermined position, the body is clamped between the first and second acting surfaces, and the first main conjunctive surface contacts the second main conjunctive surface. Thus, the deformed third element pressing against the first base surface separates the first compartment from the second compartment.
