Abstract: A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes receiving a request to perform a security policy implementation analysis for a first deployment associated with a first client in an IT environment. IT information associated with the first deployment is collected. The method further includes applying trained machine learning models to analyze the IT information of the first client to compute a security policy for the first deployment. The security policy is computed based on a calculated uncertainty of effects that applying the security policy to the first deployment is capable of causing, and a predicted amount of resources of the first deployment that applying the security policy to the first deployment would consume. An indication of the security policy is output for display in a dashboard on a display of a user device of the first client.

Abstract: A method and a system for automating security updates in a multi-tiered architecture of a system environment. The method includes receiving a software update note relating to a multi-tiered architecture system environment and determining a patch in the software update note is initially compatible with the system environment. The method also includes predicting, by a patch acceptance machine learning model, the patch is patchable within the system environment and predicting, by an installation machine learning model, an installation patch time for the patch on the system environment. The method also includes installing the patch at the installation patch time on the system environment, and validating the patch installation using a validation machine learning model.

Abstract: Detection and monitoring of health conditions that are accompanied by an injury site includes receiving, by one or more processors, an identifier associated with a patient and an associated first image, the first image corresponding to an injury in the injury site. The one or more processors analyze the associated first image using a machine learning model that includes an inference engine and a knowledge base. The machine learning model compares the associated first image against a patient data history and a tracking database. In response to a determination the injury site is associated with the health condition, the one or more processors generate a first result including sending a report containing the first result to a healthcare professional caring for the patient and display the first result informing the patient and healthcare professional the injury needs special care including requiring an appointment.
