Abstract: A granular material for a fused deposition three-dimensional printer that enables a flexible molded object to be manufactured with high precision. A granular material for a fused deposition three-dimensional printer is provided. The granular material is formed of a thermoplastic elastomer, and the thermoplastic elastomer has, at at least one of the measurement temperature of 120 to 270° C., a loss tangent tan δ of 0.40 or more and a loss modulus G″ of 11000 Pa or less, which are measured with a rotary rheometer having a pair of parallel plates with a diameter of 20 mm and a measurement gap of 1.3 mm at a frequency of 1 Hz.

Abstract: A molded resin strand includes a first layer containing thermoplastic resin, and a second layer covering the first layer and containing thermoplastic resin exhibiting physical properties different from those of the first layer. For example, the second layer is melt-extruded with the second layer covering the first layer. A three-dimensional object is modeled by lamination deposition by fusion between adjacent second layers. In a molded resin strand manufacturing method, a melt-kneaded resin material is continuously extruded from a ferrule of an extruder. The extruded molded resin strand is vacuum-sucked while passing through a sizing device. Subsequently, the molded resin strand is wound up after cooling solidification. The sizing device is provided with a space having a circular cross section, and a surface of the sizing device facing the space is provided with a plurality of vacuum suction grooves.

Abstract: Provided is a molded resin strand configured so that interlayer fusion of a shaped object can be improved and mechanical aptitude (specifically, stiffness) in a 3D printer can be more improved even in a case where an inorganic filler such as carbon fibers is mixed. The molded resin strand contains thermoplastic resin, an inorganic filler, and α-olefin elastomer. The thermoplastic resin is polypropylene, for example. The inorganic filler is carbon fibers, for example. The α-olefin elastomer is ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, for example. The molded resin strand of the present invention is used for a 3D printer employing a fused deposition modeling method.

Abstract: Provided is a filament resin molded article capable of reliably maintaining a shape of a 3D model when a shape memory resin is three-dimensionally formed. With the filament resin molded article, it is possible to form 3D models of various shapes, and to improve a curing speed. The filament resin molded article contains a shape memory resin and an inorganic filler. The inorganic filler is, for example, a glass fiber or a carbon fiber. The filament resin molded article is used for a hot melt lamination type 3D printer. A deformed shape is fixed by deforming a 3D shaped object formed using the filament resin molded article containing the shape memory resin, at a temperature which is equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature (Tg) of the shape memory resin and lower than a melting temperature or a decomposition temperature, and cooling the 3D shaped object to the glass transition temperature or lower while maintaining its shape. An original molded shape is recovered by heating the 3D-shaped object in the temperature which is equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature, and lower than a melting temperature or a decomposition temperature.
