摘要: In order to ensure a reliable connection between a shield of a high-voltage cable and a housing, in particular for an electric or hybrid vehicle, the shield of the cable is crimped between an under-sleeve and a contact sleeve, forming an electrically conductive connection with the housing via the contact sleeve. The contact sleeve, formed as a crimp sleeve, also has a rim made of spring tongues. In addition, the under-sleeve is also simultaneously crimped with a cable sheathing of the cable in order to create a strain relief. Furthermore, the cable can be preferably fixed to the housing by a simple plug-locking connection.

摘要: A high-voltage cable set, in particular for a vehicle electrical system, contains a plurality of cables, which are surrounded by a common shield, and a connector, which consists of a conducting material and is electrically connected to the shield. For this purpose, a contact sleeve is integrated into the connector, the shield being fastened to the contact sleeve. The risk of contact corrosion is thereby significantly reduced.

摘要: A method for reducing a volume of air within an electrical distribution system. The method includes providing at least one cable, surrounding the at least one cable with an isolating unit, placing a first shielding body on a top surface of the isolating unit, placing a second shielding body on a bottom surface of the isolating unit, wherein placing the first shielding body and the second shielding body creates a gap X1 between the first shielding body or the second shielding body and the isolating unit, and crimping the first shielding body to the second shielding body to create a shield housing, so that a gap X2 is created between the first shielding body or the second shielding body and the isolating unit, wherein X2 is less than X1. The at least a portion of the first shielding body may overlap with the second shielding body, and the first shielding body or the second shielding body may include at least one flared portion. The overlap may occur at a location corresponding to the flared portion, with the flared portion having a length N, wherein N may be equal to about 2(X1−X2). Gaps X1 and X2 may be air gaps.

摘要: A high-voltage power distributor is configured to keep the need for high-voltage supply lines as low as possible for an electric or hybrid vehicle having an electric-motor driving motor. The high-voltage power distributor has a distributor housing formed with a connection space. At least one incoming supply line and two outgoing supply lines, which are connected to each other, are introduced into the connection space. The distributor housing has a two-part construction, with an electrically conductive inner housing and an insulating outer housing. Each respective shield of a respective supply line is connected to the inner housing in an electrically conductive manner. Thus, a mechanically robust design is enabled together with good EMC shielding in the connection region of the supply lines, and furthermore reliable sealing with respect to the environment is enabled.
