When included in an organic light emitting device, the compound of Chemical Formula 1 can adjust the role of smoothly injecting holes into the light emitting layer, and can balance the movement of holes and electrons in the host, resulting in the device exhibiting lower driving voltage and improved efficiency and stability.-
