摘要: A polymerization reaction device of a high viscosity resin includes a cylindrical reactor having an inlet formed at an upper part and a discharge port formed at a lower part; and an impeller rotatably arranged inside the reactor and configured to mix materials in the reactor. The materials in the reactor are mixed by the impeller and polymerized into the high viscosity resin, and the polymerized high viscosity resin is discharged to an outside of the reactor through the discharge port by applying an inert gas. A ratio of a diameter of the discharge port to a diameter of the reactor may be set such that 80% or more of the high viscosity resin is discharged from the reactor from a time point when the applying of the inert gas starts to a time point when the inert gas reaches the discharge port.

摘要: A polymerization initiator composition includes isomers of the polymerization initiator, thereby preventing instability and inertness of the polymerization initiator and physical property degradation of the SSBR, minimizing by-products and unreacted materials, and remarkably improving a conversion ratio. In addition, when the polymerization initiator composition according to the present invention is used, there is no need to add a polar additive separately upon polymer polymerization, since the polar additive is already added at the time of preparing the polymerization initiator. Further, the polymer initiator composition has high polarity so that the hydrophobic SSBR and the hydrophilic silica can be effectively dispersed.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a modification polymerization initiator with a high conversion ratio by minimizing side reactions. According to the method for preparing a modification polymerization initiator, a modification polymerization initiator which may easily initiate polymerization and provide a polymer with a functional group having affinity with a filler, may be prepared. Particularly, by performing the method using a continuous reactor, the production of by-products may be decreased, and as a result, the conversion ratio may be increased and a modification polymerization initiator with high purity may be prepared in a high yield.
