摘要: The present disclosure discloses a yogurt maker and its method of use for using the same. A vertical upwardly extending mixing container protrusion is set at the bottom of the mixing container of the yogurt maker and a mixing head is detachably sleeved on the mixing container protrusion, and the rotation of the mixing head is driven by a power device so that the mixing head can mix the mixture in the mixing container well. At the same time, a temperature sensor is installed at the bottom of the mixing container to monitor the temperature of the mixing container, so as to ensure constant heat preservation conditions in different environments. The mixing device can be detached easily, which eliminates hygienic blind spots and ensures that the yogurt maker can be cleaned easily after making yogurt.

摘要: Disclosed are an instant dissolving device by mass transfer and stretching with a cleaning structure and a dissolving method thereof. The dissolving device consists of a liquid inlet, a stretching repetition unit and a mass transfer unit, the stretching unit is sequentially composed of an upper fixed fluted disc, a movable fluted disc and a lower fixed fluted disc all with a plurality of through holes, and the upper fixed fluted disc and the lower fixed fluted disc are fixed to the dissolving device housing; the polymer gel solution is formed into a “uniform” solution after passing through the mass transfer unit. The dissolving device in the present invention is easy to install, and achieves instant dissolution of the polymers and improves the dissolution efficiency through the joint action of forced stretching and mass transfer by high gravity.

摘要: A polymerization reaction device of a high viscosity resin includes a cylindrical reactor having an inlet formed at an upper part and a discharge port formed at a lower part; and an impeller rotatably arranged inside the reactor and configured to mix materials in the reactor. The materials in the reactor are mixed by the impeller and polymerized into the high viscosity resin, and the polymerized high viscosity resin is discharged to an outside of the reactor through the discharge port by applying an inert gas. A ratio of a diameter of the discharge port to a diameter of the reactor may be set such that 80% or more of the high viscosity resin is discharged from the reactor from a time point when the applying of the inert gas starts to a time point when the inert gas reaches the discharge port.

摘要: A capped retail dispenser package encloses and retains a mixing container into which a product mixture is filled using an automated manufacturing system in an individualized manner, such that each individual product container may be charged with a customized or unique formulation different than a previous or subsequent container passing through the system. Mixing is not done prior to filling, but with a mixer received in a slidable bottom portion that functions as a piston. The rod terminates at its upper end with a mixing plate. Movement of the rod through the central opening provides mixing of the product through a reciprocating motion, and preferably with a simultaneous rotation. Movement of the upper mixing plate within the mixing container provides mixing of the container's contents by forcing fluid flow through one or more mixing apertures formed about a flange of the mixing plate.

The present invention provides a device with the possibility of filtration with high working pressure, avoiding possible clogging inside the adsorbing material and easy regeneration and reactivation of the adsorbing material.

摘要: An accessory configured to be connected to a self-propelled landscaping device. The accessory includes a frame that is releasably connectable to the device. The accessory includes a hopper supported on the frame and configured to hold bulk material in an interior area thereof. The hopper includes an upper opening for receiving bulk material and a lower opening for discharging the material. A conveyor extends below the hopper. The conveyor is selectively operative to move bulk material discharged from the lower opening in a first direction toward a conveyor first end or in a second direction toward a conveyor second end. A spreader is configured to engage and propel bulk material that is discharged at the conveyor first end. A conveyor extension is movably mounted on the frame and that includes an outward end that is selectively positionable outward in the second direction. Material delivered from the conveyor second end is movable on the conveyor extension and discharged at the outward end.

摘要: A method for operating a food processing apparatus is provided. The food processing apparatus includes a reaction vessel that has a space that accumulates a liquid reactant used for a food product; a catalytic reactor that includes a reaction tube and a light source; and an introducing tube for introducing the reactant into the reaction vessel. The reaction tube has an outer surface where a photocatalyst is provided. The reaction tube transmits light. The light source generates heat at a time of light emission in which the light source emits light from an inner side of the reaction tube. The method for operating the food processing apparatus includes introducing the reactant into the reaction vessel from the introducing tube. In the introducing, the reactant is introduced up to a position at which a liquid surface of the reactant is positioned higher than an opening portion of the introducing tube.
