Abstract: The manufacturing method of the display device according to the embodiment includes a step of self-aligning the light emitting device inside the opening of the planarization layer overlapping the first assembly wiring and the second assembly wiring, a step of sequentially forming a conductive layer and an organic layer on a planarization layer and a light emitting device, a step of ashing the organic layer to remove the second part on the first part of the organic layer, and a step of forming a contact electrode by etching the conductive layer corresponding to the second part, wherein the contact electrode is in contact with the side of the first semiconductor layer below the light emitting device.

Abstract: Disclosed are a mobile terminal and controlling method thereof. The present invention includes a a display comprising at least one screen and configured to operate in either a first mode or a second mode and a controller, characterized in that the controller is further configured to detect a command to turn off the display, control the display to activate a first region of a screen, deactivate a second region of the at least one screen and display information related to an application on the activated first region in response to the command when the display is operated in the first mode, wherein the information comprises at least first information related to a parameter of a function performed by the application or second information related to progress of the function and control the display to deactivate the entire at least one screen in response to the command when the display is operated in the second mode.
