摘要: The present invention provides a method for encoding a video signal on the basis of a graph-based separable transform (GBST), the method comprising the steps of: generating an incidence matrix representing a line graph; training a sample covariance matrix for rows and columns from the rows and columns of a residual signal; calculating a graph Laplacian matrix for rows and columns on the basis of the incidence matrix and the sample covariance matrix for rows and columns; and obtaining a GBST by performing eigen decomposition of the graph Laplacian matrix for rows and columns.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for encoding a video signal on the basis of a graph-based lifting transform (GBLT), comprising the steps of: detecting an edge from an intra residual signal; generating a graph on the basis of the detected edge, wherein the graph includes a node and a weight link; acquiring a GBLT coefficient by performing the GBLT for the graph; quantizing the GBLT coefficient; and entropy-encoding the quantized GBLT coefficient, wherein the GBLT includes a partitioning step, a prediction step, and an update step.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for encoding a video signal based on an Edge Adaptive Graph-Based Transform (EA-GBT) including detecting a step edge or a ramp edge from a residual signal; generating a graph signal based on at least one of the step edge or the ramp edge; obtaining an EA-GBT coefficient by performing the EA-GBT for the graph signal; quantizing the EA-GBT coefficient; and entropy-encoding the quantized EA-GBT coefficient.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for processing a video signal using graph-based transform and a device for the method. A method for processing a video signal using graph-based transform, including specifying a set of available graph configurations in order to process the video signal, extracting signal structure information from samples within a processing block of the image, configuring a graph for the samples within the processing block using the signal structure information, determining transform for the processing block using the graph, and transforming the samples within the processing block using the transform. The signal structure information may be defined as information about a graph configuration which belongs to the set of specified graph configurations and which is applied to each of the samples within the processing block.

摘要: Performing a graph-based prediction using a graph signal can be performed using a method that includes obtaining a context signal; generating a graph signal based on a graph parameter set; obtaining a graph-based transform matrix based on the graph signal, wherein the graph-based transform matrix includes an eigenvector; obtaining a prediction vector using an optimal transform vector calculated through an optimization function; and generating a prediction signal using the prediction vector, where the optimization function has the context signal, an eigenvalue of a graph Laplacian matrix and the eigenvector as a variable. Accordingly, a prediction value may be obtained with reduced complexity and the prediction performance may be improved.
