Abstract:
A method for forming a pattern, including the steps of preparing a clichnull having a recess thereon corresponding to a position of a pattern, filling one of resist and ink within the recess of the clichnull, affixing a substrate on which the pattern is to be formed on a loading plate, aligning the loading plate on the clichnull, attaching the substrate on the loading plate to the clichnull, and separating the substrate on the loading plate from the clichnull.
Abstract:
An align key device for a TOC/COT-type liquid crystal display (LCD) device having first and second substrates facing each other with a predetermined space therebetween, and a liquid crystal material layer disposed between the first and second substrates, includes a first align key formed on a non-active area of the first substrate, and a second align key formed on the second substrate facing and aligning with the first align key, the second align key being formed of silver paste.
Abstract:
A method for forming a pattern includes filling a resist in a groove of a clichnull corresponding to the position of the pattern to be formed, transferring the resist which is filled in the groove onto a printing roll by rotating the printing roll in a direction parallel to the longest portion lengthwise direction of a pattern formed in clichnull, and applying the resist on an etching object layer by rotating the printing roll along the etching object layer on a substrate.
Abstract:
A printing system for printing a pattern onto a liquid crystal display device includes a clichnull having a plurality of grooves defining a pattern, a blade for filling a material into each of the plurality of grooves of the clichnull, a clean chamber for cleaning the clichnull, and an actuator disposed within an interior of tile clean chamber upon which the clichnull is placed.
