Abstract: This gas barrier laminate comprises a base layer; a gas barrier layer laminated on one surface (A) of the base layer, directly or with another layer sandwiched therebetween; a protective film (α) laminated directly on the gas barrier layer; and a protective film (β) laminated on a surface (B) opposite to the surface (A) of the base layer, directly or with another layer sandwiched therebetween, wherein the gas barrier layer contains a specific inorganic compound, and an adhesion at the time of peeling the protective film (α) and an adhesion at the time of peeling the protective film (β) under specific conditions are both less than or equal to specific values. By means of this invention, there is provided a gas barrier laminate having a base layer, a gas barrier layer, and protective films, in which each of the protective films can be peeled off without adversely affecting the external appearance of an exposed surface, and even after the protective film is peeled off, the original water vapor-blocking properties are maintained in the remaining laminate.

Abstract: The invention is a laminate comprising at least a base layer, a gas barrier layer, and a layer composed of a cured product of an energy-curable resin, wherein: the gas barrier layer is laminated directly or via another layer on one side of the base layer; and the layer composed of the cured product of the energy-curable resin is laminated directly or via another layer on a side opposite to the gas barrier layer of the base layer. According to the present invention, there are provided a laminate excellent in gas barrier properties and unlike to cause a curl and a thermal contraction even when a thermal history is given so as to be suitably applicable to a sticking process to electronic devices, a member for electronic devices composed of the laminate, and an electronic device equipped with the member for electronic devices.

Abstract: The present invention provides a laminate film comprising at least a base and a gas barrier layer, elongation strain (ε) generated in a surface of the gas barrier layer, which is calculated by a following formula (1), is 0.8% or less; an electronic device member including the laminate film; and an electronic device equipped with the electronic device member. In formula (1), T is a distance [m] from a surface farthest from the gas barrier layer to the gas barrier layer in a thickness direction of the laminate film, and λ is a distance, from the surface of the laminate film, of a hypothetical plane (α) in the laminate film in which stress does not occur.
