Abstract: A method to treat skin or mucosa cells or disorders related to dermal tissue by topically administering to a person in a need thereof a lipid extract from Passiflora seeds selected from Passiflora incarnate seeds, Passiflora edulis seeds, and a combination thereof, wherein said lipid extract is oil of Passiflora seeds concentrated in its unsaponifiable fraction containing 3 to 100 weight % of unsaponifiables relative to the total weight of the extract.
