In response to an edge-detect event, sending a control signal to switch the communicative pairing of the input device from the first host computer to the second host computer.

摘要： In certain embodiments, a method includes receiving an input signal from an input device (e.g., cursor movement) communicatively paired with the first host computer, where the first host computer is communicatively coupled to a second host computer, determining that data is saved to a virtual clipboard, detecting when the cursor moves to an edge of the display of the first host computer and when the input signal corresponds to continued movement of the cursor beyond the edge of the display of the first host computer, sending a control signal indicating that data is saved to a virtual clipboard, receiving a request for the data saved to the virtual clipboard, and sending, by the first host computer to the second host computer, the data saved to the virtual clipboard.

摘要： An input device for controlling an indicia shown by a presentation system is described and includes the following: a device housing; a wireless communication component configured to establish a wireless communication channel between the input device and the presentation system; an inertial sensor configured to monitor rotation of the input device relative to an inertial reference frame defined by orthogonal first, second and third axes; and a processor configured to generate a signal for transmission by the wireless communication component to the presentation system to adjust an attribute of the indicia when rotation of the input device about the first axis exceeds a threshold value that varies based on an amount of rotation detected relative to the second and third axes.
