摘要: A lock-in amplifier with an additional phase-sensitive detector is provided. A measurement signal is mixed in a multiplicative fashion with a reference signal, which is phase-shifted by 90 degrees, for a modulation frequency. In order to reliably filter out interference signal portions in a widest possible dynamic range and, at the same time, minimize unavoidable influence on the useful signal portion, a control device is connected downstream of the additional phase-sensitive detector. The control device determines a control variable corresponding to the strength of the interference signal from the measurement signal mixed with the reference signal phase shifted by 90 degrees and uses the control variable to change the integration duration of the integrator proportionally to the control variable, a corresponding cut-off frequency of an equivalent low pass being coordinated automatically.

摘要: A hydrostatic machine includes a housing and a drive shaft. The housing has an inner housing part, configured to receive a force flow, an outer housing part, configured to seal and damp, and a housing floor. The drive shaft is configured, on an input side, to pass coaxially through the housing floor and is configured, on an output side, to pass coaxially through a swash plate. The drive shaft is connected to a cylinder drum in a rotationally fixed manner. The hydrostatic machine is configured in a weight-saving manner and is configured such that propagation of vibrations in the hydrostatic machine, and noise generation therefrom, are reduced. To this end, the drive shaft is further configured to pass only partially through the inner housing part and is rotatably mounted in the housing floor and the inner housing part.

摘要: A method for the disintegration and tribochemical activation of especially inorganic materials having a crystalline structure, wherein the starting materials are comminuted (disintegrated) to a particle size of less than 1 μm by the effect of impacting pressure fronts at a pulse duration of less that 10 μs and a sequence frequency of more than 8 kHz. A conglomerate of activated mixed crystals is then obtained having an increased aptitude for the formation of modified crystals when water is added. The duration of the effect of the impacting pressure fronts continues until the crystal lattice structure of the particles is destroyed. A device for the disintegration and tribochemical activation of said materials is based on rotating disks whereon molded bodies with aerodynamic profiles are arranged, the molded bodies being continuously displaced in a transonic speed range and impacting pressure fronts being produced on the outflow surfaces thereof.

摘要: A suite of software tools performs data mining on data periodically extracted from one or more Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases to support the management of a real estate business. Data relating to properties listed or sold by units of the business, such as agents, offices, regions, or the entire business, are extracted and aggregated at each hierarchical level. Novel performance metrics are defined, calculated, tracked and displayed in a consistent manner across hierarchical levels. The similarity of views of the data facilitate communication across organizational levels and support improved productivity. The tools may access MLS-derived real estate data associated with other properties to perform market analysis—including both market share by selected competitors and overall market trends—to support pricing of properties, and to discover and recruit high performance personnel.

摘要: A method for the manufacture of a light wave guide providing a cladding and a light conducting core, from a glass tube, showing a material on or below its inner surface which forms the core of the finished light wave guide comprising at least one substance which is diffused out selectively of this material, forming the core subsequently, into the interior space of the glass tube, whereby during the diffusing-out process the partial pressure of the diffusing-out substance in the interior space of the glass tube is maintained as small as possible, whereby a premature collapsing of the glass tube during the diffusion process is prevented by adjusting an overpressure in the glass tube, that the glass tube after the diffusing out process is largely collapsed by rinsing with a rinsing gas and in a last collapsing step is completely collapsed to a rod (perform) without rinsing with a rinsing gas and that the rod is subsequently drawn out to a fiber.
