    摘要: A method to dislodge debris from a pump system in which the pump system includes a down-hole pump coupled by a rod string to an above-ground pump actuator, which is coupled to a controller configured to operate the pump system. The method also includes determining that the pump system should begin operating in a pump clean mode, and implementing the pump clean mode configured in the controller. The method also includes impressing a preset vibration frequency during a portion of a pump stroke of at least one pump cycle. Further, the method calls for determining that the pump clean mode is complete, and returning the pump system to a normal operation mode.

In order to permit tilting of the inner component, wherein the rollers remain in predetermined contact with the two raceways, at least one beveled contact region or a region reduced in another way is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the outer bearing shell.

    摘要: A hydrostatic machine includes a housing and a drive shaft. The housing has an inner housing part, configured to receive a force flow, an outer housing part, configured to seal and damp, and a housing floor. The drive shaft is configured, on an input side, to pass coaxially through the housing floor and is configured, on an output side, to pass coaxially through a swash plate. The drive shaft is connected to a cylinder drum in a rotationally fixed manner. The hydrostatic machine is configured in a weight-saving manner and is configured such that propagation of vibrations in the hydrostatic machine, and noise generation therefrom, are reduced. To this end, the drive shaft is further configured to pass only partially through the inner housing part and is rotatably mounted in the housing floor and the inner housing part.

When a second valve body is opened, a first valve body is closed; when the second valve body is closed, a valve opening of the first valve body is controlled. Under the circumstance that electric current is supplied to the electromagnetic solenoid and an instruction for operating the compressor at the maximum displacement is issued, when the first valve body is closed, the second valve body is opened. In addition to supply of refrigerant gas from a discharge chamber to a control pressure chamber through a first supply passage, refrigerant gas is supplied from the discharge chamber to the control pressure chamber through a second supply passage.

The pump system has at least three chambers, where each chamber includes an inlet for fluid intake and an outlet for fluid expulsion, a common outlet channel in fluid communication with the outlet of each chamber, and at least three pistons, where each piston is slidably disposed within one of the chambers. The drive system includes a cam shaft having at least three cam lobes, each having a profile, and at least three cam lobe followers, each in operative connection with one of the cam lobes and adapted to be placed in operative connection with a respective piston. The profile of each of the cam lobes is adapted to provide a transient increase or spike in calculated theoretical output of the pump system to reduce periodic variation in measured output thereof.

In order for it to be possible for the planetary gearing to be lubricated to good effect even when the motor-pump unit is oriented substantially vertically, it is proposed for the piston subassembly to have an oil sump into which penetrates an oil-delivery tube which is aligned coaxially with the motor shaft and is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the planet gear carrier, it being possible for oil to be fed to the planetary gearing from the oil sump via the oil-delivery tube.
