摘要: An improved evaporative emission mitigation system for a motor vehicle includes a canister filled with an adsorbent material connected to a membrane module. The membrane module contains a membrane that separates gaseous hydrocarbons from inert air components within fuel vapor generated by the evaporation of fuel due to the heating of the motor vehicle. The gaseous hydrocarbons separated by the membrane are returned to the canister, where they will again be adsorbed by the adsorbent material. The inert air components are vented from the membrane module into the open atmosphere outside of the motor vehicle.

摘要: A modular structure for a mitigating evaporative fuel emissions, such as for an automobile, is described. The structure may include a plurality of frames and membranes for flowing fuel vapor and reducing the emission of hydrocarbon therefrom. The structure may include flow guides that provide a meandering flow path for both the fuel vapor and a permeate. A flow guide providing parallel flow paths is also described.

摘要: An electric machine, in particular for a motor vehicle, is provided. The machine includes a housing, which is designed open and partially surrounds a housing interior. The machine, furthermore, includes a rotor, which is arranged rotationally adjustably relative to the housing in the housing interior. The machine additionally includes a stator, which is arranged fixed in place relative to the housing in the housing interior and includes multiple magnetic field coils with electrically energizable stator windings. For electrically energizing the stator windings the field coils are electrically connectable or connected to a power electronic system. The power electronic system includes a cooling plate for cooling the power electronic system and is formed by a power electronic module that is formed separately from the housing and can be inserted into the housing interior.

摘要: A canister for use in an evaporative emission control system that includes an external housing; a membrane module separating the external housing into an inlet side and an outlet side; an entrance located on the inlet side in fluid communication with a fuel tank, such that a vapor mixture flows into the inlet side; an exit located on the outlet side in fluid communication with an internal combustion engine; a first valve that reversibly connects the inlet side to atmosphere; and optionally, a second valve that reversibly connects the outlet side to atmosphere. The membrane module includes one or more structured membranes having a surface with a plurality of folds, the membrane being shaped as a flat sheet or into a cylindrical geometry. The vapor mixture flows from the entrance along the surface of the membrane, such that gaseous fuel vapor permeates through the membrane to the outlet side.

摘要: A spiral compressor may include a stationary first spiral member and an orbiting second spiral member intermeshing with the first spiral member. The spiral compressor may include a pendulum slide mechanism that may have an inner ring and a stationary outer ring connected to the inner ring via a plurality of pendulums. The pendulum slide mechanism may include an eccentric member disposed on a radial inside of the inner ring with respect to a central access of the inner ring. The inner ring on an inner circumferential side may be drivingly connected to the eccentric member and on an outer circumferential side may be rigidly connected to the second spiral member. The second spiral member may transmit an orbiting motion in relation to the first spiral member via the pendulum slide mechanism when the eccentric member is driven.

摘要: An electric fluid pump may include a wet section having a pump wheel and a permanently excited rotor of an electric motor arranged therein. The electric fluid pump may include a dry section having a stator of the electric motor arranged therein. A containment shell may be included configured to separate the wet section from the dry section. The dry section may include control electronics for controlling the fluid pump. The control electronics may connect in a heat-transferring manner to the containment shell and the wet section via the containment shell.
