Abstract: An insulator, a stator, and an electric motor capable of improving molding accuracy and assemblability are provided. An insulator 26 includes a first insulator 61 and a second insulator 62 to be attached from both axial sides of a stator core. The first insulator 61 has a first core end surface covering portion 65 and a first skirt portion 79. The second insulator 62 has a second core end surface covering portion 265 and a second skirt portion 279. The insulator 26 includes a coil lead-out portion 77 provided integrally with only the first core end surface covering portion 65 for leading out terminal portions of coils from the first insulator 61 to the outside. A length of the longest portion of the second skirt portion 279 in the axial direction is greater than a length of the longest portion of the first skirt portion 79 in the axial direction.

Abstract: In a brushless motor including a stator core and a rotor which rotates with respect to the stator core, a coil support wall supports a coil wound around a core main body part from a radially inner side of the core main body part. A first wall part and a second wall part constituting the coil support wall are connected to each other at an angle at a portion of a tooth tip part protruding from a tooth main body part along a circumferential direction of the core main body part, and a thickness dimension of the second wall part is equal to or larger than a thickness dimension of the first wall part along a radial direction of the core main body part.

Abstract: The motor comprises: a stator around which coils are wound and which forms a rotating magnetic field rotating a rotor; and a first motor case housing the stator. The stator has: a core body portion forming an annular magnetic path; and a fastening portion projecting outside in the radial direction from the outer circumferential surface of the core body portion. The fastening portion has an attachment hole which is formed in a penetrating manner along the rotating axis line direction of the rotor and into which a fastening screw for fixing the stator to the first motor case is inserted. The first motor case has: first to third core receiving portions receiving an end portion of the core body portion in the rotating axis line direction; and first and second fastener receiving portions receiving an end portion of the fastening portion in the rotating axis line direction.

Abstract: An advance angle correction method of a motor device includes: acquiring first advance angle correction information indicating a correspondence relationship between an advance angle correction amount and a rotation speed difference of a rotor of the motor calculated in advance based on a rotation speed change rate; measuring the rotation speed difference of the rotor; calculating a first advance angle correction amount for each rotation direction of the rotor as a first forward rotation advance angle correction amount and a first reverse rotation advance angle correction amount so that a rotation speed difference of an output shaft becomes smaller based on the first advance angle correction information and the rotation speed difference of the rotor; and storing the calculated first forward rotation advance angle correction amount and the first reverse rotation advance angle correction amount as advance angle correction information for each motor device.

Abstract: A motor includes: a stator having teeth protruding radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of a stator core; coils wound on the teeth; a shaft rotating on the inside radially of the stator core; a rotor core affixed to the shaft and radially centered on the rotation axis of the shaft; permanent magnets arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core; projecting poles which are formed projecting radially outward between the permanent magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core, and with which the projecting contact surfaces of the permanent magnets are in contact. The stator is formed by stacking electromagnetic steel sheets in the direction of the rotation axis of the shaft. Abstract: A motor control device includes: a plurality of sensors detecting a rotation position of a rotor and outputting a position detection signal; a rotational speed determination part determining whether a rotational speed of a brushless motor is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold value based on the position detection signal; and a motor control part. An energization control part included in the motor control part uses, between a first mode and a second mode, different sensor signals serving as a trigger for an energization timing of each phase. In the first mode, an energization timing to a second phase is advanced relative to a timing at which the position detection signal of a first sensor turns on. In the second mode, an energization timing to the second phase is retarded relative to a timing at which the position detection signal of the first sensor turns on.

Abstract: The motor is provided with: a rotor core; permanent magnets disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core and magnetized in parallel orientation; and a salient pole saliently formed between the permanent magnets. The ratio of the number of magnetic poles of the permanent magnets to the number of teeth is 2:3. Sloped surfaces are formed on the side surfaces of the permanent magnets in the circumferential direction. The angle θ2 between lines L3 and lines L2 is an electrical angle of 13° or more, said lines L3 connecting outer circumferential corner portions where the sloped surfaces and the outer circumferential surface are connected to each other and the shaft center, said lines L2 connecting the radial direction outermost side of the circumferential side surface of the salient pole and the shaft center.
