    摘要: A headlight module includes: a light source that emits light; a projection lens that receives and emits the light; a holder including a flexible portion having a length in a direction of an optical axis of the lens and having a fixed end and a movable end, the holder holding the lens movably relative to the light source by holding the lens with the movable end; and a driver that moves the lens. The lens is translated on a plane perpendicular to the axis due to deflection of the flexible portion. The holder includes first and second flexible portions including plate-like portions parallel to the axis and perpendicular to each other. One end of the first flexible portion is the fixed end. Another end of the first flexible portion is connected to one end of the second flexible portion. Another end of the second flexible portion is the movable end.

    摘要: A vehicle headlight device 100 according to the present invention includes a first lamp 92 that has a light source 211, an optical system 21, a rolling mechanism 50, and a control circuit 60. The optical system 21 includes a first wedge prism 30 and a second wedge prism 40 in which an incident ray from the light source 211 is deflected and projected. The rolling mechanism 50 rotates the first wedge prism 30 about a rotation axis. The control circuit 60 controls the rolling mechanism 50 so that the first wedge prism 30 is rotated in a direction opposite to a vehicle bank direction in accordance with a vehicle bank angle d. The first wedge prism 30 and the second wedge prism 40 are disposed so that their surfaces perpendicular to the rotation axis face each other. The first wedge prism 30 is disposed so that a wedge angle a1 directs in a road surface direction. The first wedge prism 30 is disposed so as to be rotatable about the rotation axis.

    摘要: A display device used in a vehicle for displaying virtual images includes: a display including a light source to emit image light and a screen on which the image light is projected; and a controller to adjust positions at which the virtual images are displayed. Images displayed on the screen are projected as the virtual images. The virtual images include first and second virtual images displayed at different positions. The display displays, on the screen, a first adjustment image that is projected to a display area of the first virtual image and a second adjustment image that is projected to a display area of the second virtual image. The controller adjusts a position of the display area of the first virtual image and a position of the display area of the second virtual image on a basis of the first adjustment image and the second adjustment image.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal cell member, a light regulating member, a reflective polarizing member, and a control unit. The liquid crystal cell member has a first liquid crystal layer. An optical transmittance of the light regulating member changes with the application state of a second voltage. The reflective polarizing member transmits specific polarized light and reflects other polarized light. The polarization direction of light that is incident on the reflective polarizing member from the first liquid crystal layer is the same as the polarization direction of light transmitted by the reflective polarizing member. The control unit alters the application state of the second voltage in such a manner that the transmittance of the light regulating member when a backlight unit is on is higher than the transmittance of the light regulating member when the backlight unit is off.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal cell member, a light regulating member, a reflective polarizing member, and a control unit. The liquid crystal cell member has a first liquid crystal layer. An optical transmittance of the light regulating member changes with the application state of a second voltage. The reflective polarizing member transmits specific polarized light and reflects other polarized light. The polarization direction of light that is incident on the reflective polarizing member from the first liquid crystal layer is the same as the polarization direction of light transmitted by the reflective polarizing member.
