摘要: A headlight device includes a first optical system and a second optical system. The first optical system emits first light in a predetermined emission direction. Part of an optical axis of the first optical system coincides with part of an optical axis of the second optical system in the emission direction. The second optical system includes a light receiver and a first optical part, and second light traveling in an incidence direction opposite to the emission direction is incident on the second optical system. The first optical part includes an aperture part that sets a diameter of the second light traveling toward the light receiver through the second optical system to be smaller than a diameter of the second light when entering the second optical system.

The light guide element includes: a first light guide portion that extends from the incident surface to the emitting surface and guides the received light; and a second light guide portion that is in contact with the first light guide portion, extends from the incident surface to the emitting surface, and guides the received light. The first and second light guide portions have different refractive indexes. The light guide element is configured so that part of light entering the first light guide portion can enter the second light guide portion.

摘要: A vehicle headlight device 100 includes a light source 11, a Dove prism 40, and a rotation mechanism 50. The light source 11 emits light. The Dove prism 40 changes a propagation direction of light received at an incidence surface 401 to bring the light to a reflecting surface 402, and changes a propagation direction of light reflected at the reflecting surface 402 to output the light from an exit surface 403. The rotation mechanism 50 rotatably supports the Dove prism 40 about a line which passes through the incidence surface 401 and the exit surface 403 as an axis of rotation R, and rotates the Dove prism 40 in a direction opposite to a bank direction of a vehicle body in accordance with a bank angle k of the vehicle body.

摘要: A vehicle headlight device 100 according to the present invention includes a first lamp 92 that has a light source 211, an optical system 21, a rolling mechanism 50, and a control circuit 60. The optical system 21 includes a first wedge prism 30 and a second wedge prism 40 in which an incident ray from the light source 211 is deflected and projected. The rolling mechanism 50 rotates the first wedge prism 30 about a rotation axis. The control circuit 60 controls the rolling mechanism 50 so that the first wedge prism 30 is rotated in a direction opposite to a vehicle bank direction in accordance with a vehicle bank angle d. The first wedge prism 30 and the second wedge prism 40 are disposed so that their surfaces perpendicular to the rotation axis face each other. The first wedge prism 30 is disposed so that a wedge angle a1 directs in a road surface direction. The first wedge prism 30 is disposed so as to be rotatable about the rotation axis.

摘要: A light irradiation device includes a light source, a projection optical system, wedge prisms, and an aberration correction surface. The projection optical system projects an image formed based on light emitted from the light source. The aberration correction surface corrects an aberration occurring when the image is projected by the projection optical system. The wedge prism deflects the light emitted from the projection optical system. The wedge prism deflects the light deflected by the wedge prism. The wedge prisms are held so that a deflection direction of light emitted from the wedge prism is changed by rotation of at least one of the wedge prisms. The aberration correction surface is on the wedge prism side with respect to an emission surface of the projection optical system, and is located on the projection optical system side, with respect to the wedge prism, including an incidence surface of the wedge prism.

摘要: A headlight module includes: a light source for emitting light; a condensing optical element for concentrating the light; and an optical element including an incident surface for receiving the concentrated light, a reflecting surface for reflecting the received light, and an emitting surface for emitting the reflected light. The condensing optical element changes a divergence angle of the light to form a light distribution pattern. The reflected light and light that enters the optical element and is not reflected by the reflecting surface are superposed on a plane including a point located at a focal position of the emitting surface in a direction of an optical axis of the emitting surface and being perpendicular to the optical axis, thereby forming a high luminous intensity region in the light distribution pattern on the plane. The emitting surface has positive refractive power and projects the light distribution pattern formed on the plane.
