The ICU controls output of the IC in accordance with an abnormal state signal from the detection processor.

Hence, a bus bar extracted from a connection plate is welded to the terminal block hardly under the influence of a tolerance caused by integration of components and a tolerance of assembly. Even when a load applied from the outside gives rise to a phase difference between the case and the frame, a tolerance can be absorbed by the outside wire.
