Abstract: It is possible to suppress damage to a yarn path guide mechanism and a textile machine. There is a first supporter which makes contact with a supporting shaft supporting a roller, a second supporter which is capable of making contact with the supporting shaft, and a biasing member which biases the second supporter in a direction in which the supporting shaft is sandwiched between the second supporter and the first supporter. When a virtual straight line which passes through a winding center and a rotation center is a first virtual straight line whereas a virtual straight line which extends in a direction orthogonal to the first virtual straight line and passes through the rotation center is a second virtual straight line, the second supporter makes contact with a part of the supporting shaft, which is positionally opposite to the winding center over the second virtual straight line.

Abstract: In a filament winding apparatus, a supplying device supplies fiber bundles to a surface of a core material. A moving part is movable relative to the core material, and rotatable around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction. A small diameter aligning guide part is placed at the moving part and has an opening portion through which the core material can pass. The small diameter aligning guide part guides fiber bundles to an outer peripheral surface of the core material such that the fiber bundles are arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the core material. The tightening fiber bobbin supporting part is placed at the moving part and rotates around a center of the opening portion. A winding guide rotates with the tightening fiber bobbin supporting part and guides a tightening fiber bundle drawn from a tightening fiber bobbin toward the surface of the core material.

Abstract: A filament winding apparatus includes a working area in which an operator performs an operation to at least one bobbin and/or liner on a conveyance path, an operation area in which a winder is driven, a buffer area between the working area and the operation area in a conveyance direction on the conveyance path, and an outside area that is neither the working area, the operation area, nor the buffer area being provided; and first fixed fences provided at borders between (i) the operation area and the buffer area and (ii) the working area and at the borders between (I) the operation area and the buffer area and (II) the outside area; and a first door provided at a border between the working area and the buffer area, and wherein the buffer area includes an accumulator portion capable of accumulating the at least one bobbin and the liner.

Abstract: In a tank manufacturing method using a helical winding device that winds fiber bundles around a mandrel, the device includes: a first guide ring having an opening to pass the mandrel therethrough and placed around the mandrel with an axial center of the mandrel being taken as a center; and a plurality of first guide portions placed in the first guide ring along a circumferential direction around the axial center and configured to supply first fiber bundles to the mandrel. The method includes: moving the mandrel relative to the first guide ring along an axial center direction along the axial center such that the mandrel passes through the opening; and winding the fiber bundles around the mandrel while relatively moving the mandrel in the moving, by the first guide portions supplying the first fiber bundles to the mandrel with the first guide portions swinging in the circumferential direction.
