    摘要: White noise is applied to a servocontrol system of a servomotor in order to measure a frequency characteristic of a mechanical component in an electric injection molding machine, and a signal from an encoder is applied to a fast Fourier converter. Data from the fast Fourier converter is applied to a memory unit, and the content of the memory unit is displayed on a display unit in the form of a board diagram. Repair announcement is issued when a deviation of the resonant frequency of each mechanical component with respect to data at an initial setting time exceeds a predetermined value.

    摘要: A screw is incorporated in a heating barrel, and the tail end of the screw is rotatably supported by the front surface of an intermediate plate. Behind the intermediate plate, two linear motor units are connected in parallel and arranged around the shaft of the screw to form axial symmetry. The output shafts of the linear motor units are connected to the tail end of a driving shaft through a common connecting arm, and the leading end of the driving shaft is fixed to the rear surface of the intermediate plate. Each of the liner motor units is constituted by a plurality of voice coil linear motors connected in parallel. Each of the linear motor units can be independently controlled. Voice-coil linear motors to be used are selected according to the type of product to be manufactured.

    摘要: There is provided an injection molding machine provided with an injection mechanism that enables a high-speed injection.The injection molding machine includes: a heating barrel for melting and kneading a resin fed from a hopper, said barrel having an injection nozzle at its front end; a screw movably and rotatably inserted in the heating barrel; a screw drive shaft coupled at its one end to the rear end of the screw; charging means including a charging motor for rotationally driving the screw drive shaft to rotate the screw so as to melt the resin in the heating barrel while conveying the resin forward of the screw, and measure the volume of the molten resin, and torque transmission means for transmitting the driving torque of the charging motor to the screw drive shaft and permitting a displacement of the screw drive shaft in the axial direction; a body frame fixing and supporting the charging motor and the torque transmission means, said frame including a front plate fixing and supporting the base of the heating barrel; injection drive means including a linear-movement shaft coupled to the rear end of the screw drive shaft and movable in the axial direction, and an injection motor for advancing the screw and producing an injection force for injecting the molten resin in the heating barrel; and shaft coupling means for coupling the rear end of the screw drive shaft to the linear-movement shaft such that only a thrust in the axial direction is transmitted to the screw drive shaft.

    摘要: A mold fastening device has a fixed die plate, a rear plate, a movable die plate that can move back and forth, a toggle mechanism, and a drive motor that drives a cross-head. The position where the cross-head should be stopped is associated with the rate at which to accelerate the cross-head from that position or the rate at which to decelerate the cross-head to that position. The cross-head is operated at an acceleration that corresponds to that position. The drive motor is thereby driven at a constant output torque, regardless of the position of the movable die plate. Further, the time for opening and closing metal molds can be shortened.
