摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a stator to improve accuracy in inserting conductor segments (3, 31, 32) into slots (2). The apparatus according to the present invention comprises a conductor holder (21, 22) holding the conductor segments (3, 31, 32) and an axial-moving-mechanisms (214) moving the conductor holder (21, 22) relative to a stator core (1) in an axial direction. The conductor holder (21, 22) holds straight portions (31b, 31c, 32b, 32c) of the conductor segments (3, 31, 32) to be inserted into the slots (2) from one end of the stator core (1).

摘要： A method for manufacturing a stator of a rotary electric machine includes: a step of forming a plurality of conductor segments each having at least a straight leg; a step of inserting the plurality of conductor segments into each of the slots in a plurality of radially aligned layers so that the straight legs can extend outside an end of the stator core; a step of stratifying the straight legs in radially aligned layers to correspond to the layers in the slots; a step of holding each of the stratified portions at grip portions; a step of circumferentially shifting each of the grip portions in a prescribed circumferential direction of the stator core; and a step of axially shifting each of the grip portions separately from another in an axial direction of the stator core to locate those of the grip portions to be connected adjacent to each other.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing a stator of a vehicle AC generator, U-shaped conductor segments having a turn portion and a pair of forked in-slot portions are formed so that the radial width of each conductor segment can be larger than the radial depth of each slot of a stator core. The in-slot portions of the conductor segments are compressed from radially outside and inserted into each slot in an axial direction of the stator core so that the conductor segments can provide a spring-back force in the slots. Then, the U-shaped conductor segments are welded at ends of the in-slot portions in a prescribed pattern.

摘要： In a stator of a vehicle AC generator, each of stator slots has a circumferential parallel walls and a radial wall opposite a slot-opening. A stator winding has a plurality of radially aligned in-slot portions fitted in each of the slots at the circumferential sides thereof to form a central gap at the radially central portion of the in-slot portions. The central gap provides each of the in-slot portions with spring-back force against the slot-opening. Thus, slot-openings are hermetically closed, and the teeth are prevented from being vibrated by stator winding.

摘要： A method of peeling off a coating of an elliptical cross sectional insulated conductive wire has a groove forming process of forming a groove nearly perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the insulated conductive wire at given positions within a peeling region thereof, a first peeling process of peeling off the coating by moving a pair of first cutting edges in a longitudinal direction of the insulated conductive wire and perpendicularly to a longer diameter direction of the cross section thereof toward the groove from opposite ends of the peeling region, and a second peeling process of peeling off the coating at the peeling region by moving a pair of second cutting edges in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and in parallel with the longer diameter direction of the cross section thereof. As a result, the coating all around the outer circumference of the insulated conductive wire at the peeling region may be completely peeled off.
