    摘要: A method for manufacturing a stator of a rotary electric machine includes: a step of forming a plurality of conductor segments each having at least a straight leg; a step of inserting the plurality of conductor segments into each of the slots in a plurality of radially aligned layers so that the straight legs can extend outside an end of the stator core; a step of stratifying the straight legs in radially aligned layers to correspond to the layers in the slots; a step of holding each of the stratified portions at grip portions; a step of circumferentially shifting each of the grip portions in a prescribed circumferential direction of the stator core; and a step of axially shifting each of the grip portions separately from another in an axial direction of the stator core to locate those of the grip portions to be connected adjacent to each other.

    摘要: A method for producing a stator for electric machines, wherein a plurality of coils (10) is prewound and drawn into a stator lamination package. Subsequently the wire ends (14) of the coils (10) are fixed in place in a predetermined position. In order to be able to interconnect the wire ends or to fix them more dependably and faster in place at the terminals or auxiliary terminals provided, it is proposed that they are temporarily connected with a holding element (34) immediately after a coil (10) or group of coils has been wound, that this connection is maintained during the draw-in of the coils (10) into the stator lamination package, and that thereafter the wire ends (14) are mechanically transferred into their predetermined position.

    摘要: In a method of mounting a drive motor to a frame member included in a disk drive which is for driving a flexible disk, the frame member is formed to have a main frame portion and a motor frame portion integrally formed to the main frame portion. The main frame portion defines a position of the flexible disk in the disk drive. Use is made of a jig adapted to engage with the main frame portion and a bearing portion provided to a stator of the drive motor. On positioning the stator relative to the motor frame portion, the jig is engaged with the main frame portion and the bearing portion. Under this state, the stator is fixed to the motor frame portion. After that, the bearing portion rotatably supports a rotation shaft coupled to a rotor of the drive motor.

    摘要: A method for loading slot cell insulators into a plurality of slots in a stator core of a dynamoelectric machine is disclosed. The method includes forming a slot cell insulator having a generally U-shape cross-section. The slot cell insulator may be turned so that an open end of the generally U-shape slot cell insulator face a loading assembly. The slot cell insulator is moved into the loading assembly. The forming and moving are repeated until a plurality of slot cell insulators are stored in the loading assembly. The plurality of slot cell insulators are pushed from the loading assembly into the slots of the stator core.

    摘要: Radial pressure is applied to a turbine generator armature bar using a simple hand held device that can be readily manipulated by a single human operator. A retainer platform has two wedge shaped portions with handles, and by the operator sliding the wedge shaped portions with respect to each other the operative width of the platform may be adjusted, including to slide and lock the platform in a conventional dovetail slot in a stator. An inflatable bladder is positioned on or mounted to the top surface of the platform and is dimensioned so as to apply radial pressure (for example through a filler) to armature bars mounted in the stator. A conduit, preferably having a valve with quick-release actuator in it, extends from the inflatable bladder and connects to a source of gas under pressure.

    摘要: An apparatus for injecting a plurality of coil groups into a stator core of a dynamoelectric machine is described. The injection apparatus includes, in one embodiment, a stripper assembly including a first stripper. The first stripper includes an injection disk which, in one embodiment, is formed from nylon. A first surface of the injection disk is configured to contact a segment of at least one of the coils to move the coil axially along the blades of the injection apparatus without contacting portions of the coil in gaps between the blades.
