    摘要: The present invention is intended to provide a catalyst material that supports active species densely, thereby having higher catalytic performance and serviceability as, for example, an electrode for fuel cells. To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a process for preparing a catalyst material, including: an electrochemical polymerization step of electrochemically polymerizing a heteromonocyclic compound so that the surface of a conductive material is coated with polynuclear complex molecules derived from the heteromonocyclic compound; and a metallation step of coordinating a catalytic metal to the coating layer of the polynuclear complex molecules, characterized in that the potential applied in the electrochemical polymerization is 0.8 to 1.5 V.

    摘要: The present invention provides a multi-level information recording/reproducing method of recording or reproducing multi-level information by virtually setting cells at constant regular intervals on a track of an optical information medium where information is recorded or reproduced with a light spot and by varying an information pit width in a direction of the track or an information pit area, comprising the steps of: detecting a reproduced signal by radiating a light spot onto the track; detecting a cell border value by sampling the reproduced signal when the center of the light spot falls on a border between one cell and its following cell; and judging multi-level information of the following cell based on the cell border value.

    摘要: In a magnetooptical information recording-reproducing apparatus, recording of information is performed such that a laser beam is irradiated on a magnetooptical information recording medium via an optical head while applying a magnetic field to the beam irradiated portion of the recording medium onto which information pits are formed by utilizing the difference in the direction of magnetization thereof. The magnetooptical information recording-reproducing apparatus is provided with a band-like shielding plate which is arranged in an optical path of a reflected light from the recording medium upon application of the laser beam thereto in a direction perpendicular to tracks of the recording medium. Reproduction of information recorded on the recording medium is effected by detecting the beam which is not shielded by the shielding plate by use of a photodetector.
