    摘要: There are disclosed systems and methods for detecting and controlling congestion in an Optical Line Terminal (OLT). The OLT has a plurality of ports. Each port of the plurality of ports communicates with at least one Optical Network Unit (ONU), and each port of the plurality of ports has a respective enforced maximum upstream bandwidth. For example, the maximum upstream bandwidth may be enforced by a Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation (DBA) algorithm. The OLT further includes an uplink port through which data received from each of the plurality of ports are transmitted. In one embodiment, if there is congestion of the data at the uplink port, then the enforced maximum upstream bandwidth for at least one port of the plurality of ports is modified.

    摘要: When a user submits a content resource to a content database, an automated content categorizer facilitates the task by suggesting a list of relevant content categories in the content database. The automated content categorizer receives a search descriptor attributed to the content resource, performs a relevance search, and proposes a ranked list of category branches that are expected to provide a good match with the described content resource. Metadata associated with individual categories and content resources stored in the content database are searched relative to the search descriptor provided by the user. From the proposed content categories, the user can simply select the category he or she feels is most appropriate and store the content resource under that category in the content database, or propose a new category.

    摘要: A system and method for operating on data within a network device is described. Between two data operations in a network device is a FIFO queue, which is used to separate the clock domains of the data operations. Data from the first operation is stored in the FIFO queue, which signals an indication to the second operation that there is data in the queue. When the second operation is signaled that there is data in the FIFO queue, it immediately begins reading data from the queue, and begins performing its prescribed operations on the data once it has read enough data from the queue for it to begin operating.

The case has a base portion with a body having a back wall and side walls extending therefrom forming a receiving opening for receiving the electronic device. The case also includes a resilient band configured to hold one or more items (e.g., ID, credit cards, cash) against the case. The band may be pulled away from the body and items may be slid underneath the band so that they are held between an inner surface of the band and an outer surface of the body. The band may extend in a lateral, a longitudinal, or a diagonal direction. The band may also form a pocket for receiving items therein. The band can hold items against the back wall of the case.
