摘要： A thermostat cover includes a base with four walls and an aperture sized such that at least a portion of a thermostat may be received. A lid is slidably mounted on the base at a front side of the base. The lid has a slide member that couples with a slide rail located on the base. In another embodiment, the lid has a slide member that extends from the lid and couples with an extension track located on the base. The extension track is configured in an L-shape such that the lid is collapsible with a first position and a second position. The extension track may have stops that hold the lid in the second position. In another embodiment, the lid is hingedly coupled to the base. A support rod is configured to hold the lid in a raised position.

The cover base includes a base portion with a front surface and a back surface, the base portion also having a first opening extending through the base portion from the front surface to the back surface, the first opening having a size larger than an electrical device face; and an adapter having a second opening sized and configured to receive the electrical device face therein, wherein the adapter is configured to fit within the first opening in the base portion to removably couple to the base portion. Numerous electrical device cover bases including keyholes formed in either the base or the adapter, or both, depending on the arrangement are disclosed.

摘要： A electrical device mounting box that includes a device mounting plate with a screw coupler is disclosed. The electrical device mounting box and device mounting plate may be used to mount an electrical outlet receptacle. Specific implementations of the device mounting plate allow a screw to be pushed through a screw aperture on the device mounting plate and a coupling aperture on the screw coupler without rotation of the screw. The coupling aperture may bias away from the mounting plate as the screw is pushed through the coupling aperture. The coupling aperture may also include threading that engages with screw threading. Once the screw is pushed through the screw aperture and coupling aperture, the screw may be rotated to engage the screw with the screw coupler, thus biasing the screw coupler toward the device mounting plate. The screw coupler may include either a one or two piece screw coupler.

摘要： A device holder includes a body having a receiving port and an arm having an engagement member. The engagement member has a plurality of teeth and is pivotally aligned with the receiving port. The device includes a button extending through a surface of the body pivotally coupled with a pawl positioned to releasably engage the teeth of the engagement member. A biasing member is located between an inner wall of the body and the pawl, biasing the pawl away from the inner wall. A lock located in the body and an actuator extending through a surface of the body is also included. The lock is positionable between a locked and an unlocked position.
