    摘要: A semiconductor device reduces power supply noise during read operations of a memory device. The semiconductor device includes a plurality of read circuits, a plurality of control circuits and a plurality of output circuits. The read circuits are coupled to the memory device and responsive to a first enable signal to provide readout data during an active period thereof. The output circuits receive the readout data and output the readout data to an external device in response to a second enable signal. The control circuits are coupled between the read circuits and the output circuits and control the output circuits. The control circuits provide output data which is gradually changed to a preset logical value during the active period and to a value equal to the value of the readout data from the read circuits after termination of the active period.

    摘要: The player piano provides a string-striking mechanism including a hammer driven by corresponding one of eighty-eight keys, and a photo sensor is provided in the vicinity of and also positioned to face with the predetermined member of this string-striking mechanism to be rotated responsive to a key-depression. This photo sensor outputs a signal which is varied in response to a distance of the predetermined member therefrom, so that the output thereof may have a peak value. Based on the peak value, first and second output values are respectively calculated, wherein these values corresponding to the predetermined two measuring points arranged between the photo sensor and the predetermined member are outputted from the photo sensor before and after the peak value respectively. On the basis of the distance between two measuring points and passing time to be passed when the sensor output is varied from the first output value to the second output value, a string-striking velocity of said string-striking mechanism representing a performance state of the play piano is to be computed. Thus, fixation and adjustment of the sensor can be made easily, thereby the string-striking velocity of the hammer can be sensed accurately.

    摘要: In an image display device for receiving and displaying image data, color converter converts the image data on the basis of conversion characteristics data stored in a conversion characteristics storage. The conversion characteristics designation means including means for designating the hue of the colors outputs the conversion characteristics designation data, and conversion characteristics setting means calculates the conversion characteristics data on the basis of the conversion characteristics designation data, and sets the conversion characteristics data in the conversion characteristics storage. The color converter comprises a calculation term generator for receiving the first image data, and outputting calculation terms which are effective just for the specific hues; and a matrix calculator performing matrix calculation using the calculation terms effective just for the specific hues. The user can adjust just the hue of the desired color. Real-time processing of moving pictures can be achieved without placing a heavy load on a CPU. The image after the adjustment can be displayed on a real-time basis.

    摘要: In a matrix array of memory cells, each memory cell includes a control gate, and first and second terminals for defining a channel therebetween, with the second terminals of the memory cells being connected to a common circuit node. During a write modes a row of memory cells and a column of memory cells are selected, and a first voltage is supplied to the control gates of the memory cells of the selected row and a second voltage which varies positively as a function of temperature is supplied to the first terminals of the memory cells of the selected column for trapping electrons in at least one of the memory cells. During an erase mode, ground potential is supplied to the control gates of all memory cells and a third voltage which varies negatively as a function of temperature is supplied to the common circuit node to remove the trapped electrons from the memory cells.
