    摘要: During the production of an actuator unit (11), which is to be installed in a fuel injector, a piezoelectric element (8) is firstly inserted into a plastic sleeve (1). Two contact pins (5) are provided for the external power supply for the piezoelectric element (8), and are guided outside the plastic sleeve (1). In order to fix the position of the contact pins (5), particularly before encapsulating the piezoelectric element (8) with the plastic sleeve (1), pin mounts (2) provided in the form of detent connections are provided for the contact pins (5). The detent connections (2) are designed for fixing the contact pins (5) in the position thereof after they have been inserted into these detent connections. In one particular embodiment, the plastic sleeve (1) is provided in the form of a one-piece hollow body so that the mounting can be effected in a particularly simple manner.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a piezoceramic multilayer actuator (10), a plurality of green layers is provided, wherein the green layers are to be converted to piezoceramic layers (12) with a piezoceramic material in a subsequent step of heating. A security layer material mixture with a second material (32) and particles (30) embedded in the second material (32) is provided, wherein the particles (30) have a third material different from the first material and different from the second material (32). The security layer material mixture is laminated between two piezoceramic layers (12), thereby forming a green stack. The green stack is heated to a sintering temperature, wherein the green layers are converted to the piezoceramic layers (12), and wherein a chemical reaction of the third material degrades the mechanical connection of the piezoceramic layers (12) by the security layer (20).

    摘要: In a method and device for polarizing a piezoelectric actuator according to which high-frequency pulse voltages can be used for polarizing the actuators an actuator to be polarized is mounted between two retaining elements while connected in series to a second piezoelectric actuator. The retaining elements provide the actuator (1) with a desired pretension. A compensating element compensates for changes in length of the actuator (1) so that even in the event of high-frequency pulse voltages and thus high-frequency changes in length, the pretension can be maintained within a desired range of values. Preferably, the second piezoelectric actuator has the identical design of the first actuator and is polarized with the first actuator. This enables two piezoelectric actuators to be simultaneously polarized during a polarizing process.
