摘要: An apparatus for separating and drawing off a film from a laminate, the laminate including the film and a carrier material upon which the film is laminated. The apparatus includes a first plate; a second plate being disposed above the first plate; a motor; a spindle being operatively connected to the motor; a separating apparatus being movable along the spindle above the first plate and including a wedge-shaped separating knife; a gap which lies above and parallel to the separating knife and which is inclined at an oblique angle relative to a horizontal plane; and a stay passing vertically through the first plate which holds an underside of the laminate firmly in place. The laminate rests on the first plate, and the separating apparatus moves into engagement with a corner of the film such that the film corner is detached from the carrier material and is threaded into the gap. The stay holds the underside of the laminate firmly in place when the film corner is threaded into the gap.

摘要: A continuous strip which is laminated onto plates arranged at a distance from one another and which is composed of a dry resist laminate is introduced into a separating device 1 extending over the width of a strip 20. A drive cylinder 2 is arranged by means of pillars 3 above a carriage 31. The drive cylinder 2 guides the mounting 11, in which a cross-cutting device 10 is fastened, transversely over the strip 20. The cross-cutting device 10 comprises two knife-holders with knives parallel to one another, which are movable apart from one another and together and which, during the transverse movement, sever the strip 20 in a double cut along the trailing edge 29 and the leading edge 30 of two adjacent plates 4 and 5.

摘要: Apparatus comprising a feed carriage which can traverse back and forth in the running direction A of a base. Two cutting units are arranged on the feed carriage, which units consist of lifting cylinders to which vacuum bars and holding beams with cutting bands are fixed respectively. Photoresist webs to be laminated onto the base are advanced by a pair of transport rollers by way of deflection rollers and drawn to the vacuum bars which are lowered and raised, respectively, in the direction of the base in order to press the photoresist webs onto the two sides of the base. An optical sensor detects the front and rear edges of each base and controls the moving together and apart of the vacuum bars, the application of negative pressure to the vacuum bars, as well as the neutralizing of the negative pressure, and the cutting movement of the cutting bands.
