摘要： A belt-driven conical-pulley transmission having a pair of conical disks on a power input side and carried on an input shaft, and a pair of conical disks on an output side of the transmission and carried on an output shaft, each pair of conical disks including an axially fixed disk and an axially movable disk. An endless torque-transmitting means extends around and is in contact with the input side disks and the output side disks for transmitting torque between the pairs of disks. The transmission is optimized to minimize noise emitted by the transmission when it is in operation.
