    摘要: In this fuel cell, among a pair of separators in which an electrically conductive portion which is made from an electrically conducting material is surrounded by an insulating portion which is made from an insulating material, a cell side terminal is provided in the inner surface of the insulating portion of at least one said separator, and extends from its interior circumferential side to its outer perimeter side, and is able to electrically connect the interior and exterior of the cell. This cell side terminal is made from a metallic plate, and its inner circumferential side end portion contacts the membrane electrode assembly, while its outer perimeter side end portion extends to the outer perimeter side of the insulating portion. This outer perimeter side end portion can be connected to a measurement side terminal.

    摘要: There is provided a fuel cell stacking body that allows a connector unit to be used even when the thickness of the fuel cells has been made thinner. A fuel cell stacking body is provided with stacked fuel cells that each have a membrane electrode assembly and separators that sandwich this membrane electrode assembly. The fuel cells generate electricity when fuel gas and oxidizer gas are supplied. The separators of the fuel cells are provided with terminals that enable voltage to be measured by being connected to connectors that are connected an external voltage measuring apparatus. One of the voltage measuring sections is formed at a different position, with respect to the stacking direction, from the voltage measuring section that is adjacent in the stacking direction. The spacing between terminals that are at the same position with respect to the stacking direction is kept at a distance that allows a connector unit formed by grouping together a plurality of connectors to be inserted.

The cell voltage measuring device may further includes a holder member which is capable of maintaining a state in which the second end of the terminal member is separated from each other, and the holder member is movably attached in a stacking direction of the separator with respect to the voltage measuring unit.

Because the receptacle insertion groove parts (22) are formed in a state where there is substantially no tolerance, the terminal pitch tolerance correction housing (10) is fitted to receptacle units (90), and the receptacle terminals (94) (receptacle front parts (96)) protruded from the receptacle insertion groove parts (22) toward a bottom inner surface (15) are corrected to a state where there is no tolerance.

So, for connection, reliability can be improved, and downsizing is possible.     摘要: A control section sets a positive side switching element of a positive side detection section and a negative side switching element of a negative side detection section to ON, thus outputting an ON signal. When the switching elements are set ON, a predetermined current outputted from a positive side constant current source and a negative side constant current source, or a portion of this current, flows through detection resistors. A ground fault decision section decides whether a ground fault has occurred in the positive or the negative side of a direct current power source, based upon the value of an output voltage detected by a positive side voltage detector, or upon the value of an output voltage detected by a negative side voltage detector. Ground faults are accurately detected with a simple structure.
